Bathroom needs upgrade. Old facilities and the cleaners don’t really clean well. Family type hotel so lots of kids running around and shouting but it gets quiet around bedtime. Conveniently located to tourist attractions. Transportation and downtown area also a walking distance. Breakfast buffet really great. Staff really friendly and responds quickly. Overall I had a pleasant stay there.

Hotel location is wonderful, we had a view of the mountains and lake from the balcony of the room. All the staff were kind and we were quite impressed with the pizza at the restaurant, as well as the Korean food. Dan yang is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave the hotel. We highly recommend.

어디 돌아다니시는 게 아니라 리조트 안에서만 머물 계획이시라면 최고라고 봅니다.
이 가격에 퀄리티는 나쁘지 않고, 부대시설이 이렇게 다양한 리조트는 없죠.
게다가 직원 분들도 매우 친절하셔서 중간에 소통이 잘 안 된 게 있었는데도 바로 조치해 주시고, 서비스도 더 해주셨어요.
체크인 시간보다 미리 도착해서 대기표 뽑고 놀이공원에서 놀이기구 타고, 썰매 타고, 체크인 한 다음 목장 갔다가 모토아레나 가고, 시간이 부족합니다 ㅎㅎ
밤밤테이블도 너무 좋았구요. 가족과 정말 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사한 마음입니다.
꼭 더 길게 재방문 하고 싶어요.

這家飯店是汽車旅館改的，位置很不錯交通很方便，訂2張床的房型空間算蠻大的，房間燈光偏昏暗清潔度算可以，另外就是房間廁所浴室外面是沒有門，只有用一半的門簾隔著，就是在裡面上廁所洗澡外面都聽得很清楚😆。入住的時候大叔會問要不要每天打掃，3樓check in的地方有礦泉水可以自取，整體來說CP值還不錯！

호텔 인근 편의시설이나 룸 내부는 깨끗하고 청결한 편입니다. 지하 주차장도 편합니다. 화장실에서는 물온도 맞추는 게 너무 힘듭니다. 그리고 환풍기에서 소음이 좀 많이 났습니다. 방 온도는 적당하여 잠을 자기 좋았습니다. 싱글 침대는 조금 작았습니다.

연식이 오래된 그러나 나름 전통을 이어나간다는 느낌의 시설. 위치나 온천의 분위기는 나름 만족하지만 시설의 유지보수가 그닥 잘 이루어진다는 느낌은 부족한게 솔직한 기분. 한국도자기가 주인이라 그릇아울렛을 비롯 시설 곳곳에 기념비적 비매품들이 전시되어 있다. 그나마 친절한 직원과 비교적 신경쓰고 있는 온천 특히 노천탕이 가성비를 준다. 판교에서 출발하는 KTX를 이용하여 수안보역까지 한시간 조금 더 걸리고 전화로 호텔 셔틀을 부를수 있으므로 접근성은 많이 좋아졌다.

룸컨디션 좋고 직원분들 친절하시고 수영장 사우나 깨끗하고 시설좋아서 즐겁게 보냈습니다 조식에서 계란요리(후라이, 오므라이스) 소금간이 안되어있던 부분, 쌀국수면이 덜익혀져서 나왔고 디카페인커피가 없었던점, 고기류가 생각보다 없어서 가격대비 만족도가 떨어져서 다음번엔 조식을 신청하지 않을것 같습니다 조식빼고 다른부분은 모두 만족했습니다

It's an old building, but the room is in good condition because it's well remodeled.

SSgkrElderly woman who manned the front desk ruined the hotel experience for me. Although i had booked online, she said that she was not told of my reservation and said i had to contact the owner on my own. When i said that I was unable to make calls from my phone, she refused to lend me her phone and also did not want to help me locate the korea tourism agency for assistance. Was unwilling to help call a taxi either. Eventually, she relented and when contacted, the owner confirmed my reservation. When i returned at 4pm, there was again a checkin delay and she had to call the owner to ask which room I should be given. It was a harrowing and haphazard experience. When the lady boss finally arrived back at night, the lady boss was nice and pleasant, but the experience had already been ruined.

Loved the pleasant, responsive host/owner.
Stayed 2 nights and staff topped up our supplies, towels and emptied our bin. Our room was spacious.
The rooms seem separated by thin walls only and we could hear the next door neighbours late at night.
Enjoyed the free coffee near the reception desk.
From the photos of the room on the website, however, we expected to be able to cook in our room.....stove top shown in the photos.
But the hotplates were not plugged in, nor were there any cooking utensils, pots or pans, cutlery, plates etc.
This was disappointing and the hotplates should not be shown in the photos of the room as it isisleading.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Hotel which has a great location on the waterfront.

학학주1. Location: While close to Yullyang Residential Complex, the hotel's location is a bit awkward/inconvenient.
2. Cleanliness: Both the room and the swimming pool were clean and well-maintained.
3. Service: The front desk staff were quite unfriendly during check-in.
4. Facilities: The AC system is a centralized air circulation type rather than individual units, and it didn't seem to blow any cold air whatsoever. I couldn't sleep due to the heat.

CC1ciThis hotel is super close to the 'Pork Belly Street,' so it's incredibly convenient for dining out. Basically, the location is great; you can get anywhere easily. There's a G25 convenience store right next door downstairs. The hotel itself is a renovated motel, but it's generally clean and tidy. The towels are a bit old, so if that bothers you, bring your own. Overall, the stay was good. There's a Homeplus nearby, which is handy for picking up snacks and drinks. I recommend it.

AAilunzzaWe visited during the off peak season so many facilities were closed. We went to the hotel for the specific reason of visiting the swimming pool but it was closed, and on trip.com it wasn’t clear. Because it’s off season, though, the price is quite reasonable. Location wise you must visit by car, it’s only a 5min drive to the nearby tourist spots which is important because only 1 restaurant was open and not too cheap. The on-site convenient store was great though their selection was quite small.

WWangyihe1688The hotel is very close to Cheongju Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all offering great value for money. The rooms are fully equipped, featuring amenities like a bathtub, microwave, large refrigerator, kitchenette, and even a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. There's also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

アアラ50As others have written, the amenities are quite good compared to other hotels in the same price range. The staff are also very laid back, like the older guys you'd find in the area. The rooms are spacious.
The breakfast is also delicious and good.
The facilities are old, so they're dirty in places.
This time, the room smelled like cigarettes and smoke.
There is an air purifier, but the filter hadn't been cleaned, so I did it myself, but it didn't get any better, so I think I got a bad experience. They do clean it every day.
I ended up staying in the cheapest room, so next time I'll try a room one rank higher.
I'd definitely stay here again.
