This was my second time here and my recommended hotel for work colleagues from the US. They were equally as impressed as my first time here, hence why I came back. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Total magnificent place to stay and experience total peace and beautiful nature. Snow capped mountains. Owners Mr & Mrs Lee are friendly and helpful. Room is clean warm and cosy. Highly recommended to anyone to visit Danyang, to experience Dodam guesthouse than hotel. Exceeded expectations. Wi sure recommend friends and family to visit Danyang and Dodam guesthouse.

The room is huge and the bed was very comfortable. There is also comfy seating in the room. The bathroom was very clean and good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it’s near to the bike path, I was able to store my bike safely inside. It’s a novel looking building outside but very smart inside. Highly recommend, excellent value for money

7년전에 친구들과 왔다가 남편과 다시 온 단양 소노문이라 설레며 왔는데 방음이 너무 안되어서 제 집에서도 느끼지못한 발망치소리를 밤새 들었어요... 소음도 심해서 일찍부터 들어와서 쉬는데 한시간마다 깻어요 발망치소리와 소음이 윗방인지 옆방인지 구분도 안갈정도로 사방에서 들려서 가족여행 많이 오는건 알지만.. 많이 힘들었습니다 무조건 시끄럽게 떠들 예정인..단체 가족분들만 와야할듯하네요 부부여행으로는 힘들었어요

The room is generous size and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean. The staff was very kind and I was able to store my bike safely inside. It’s a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants and it’s about 5km cycle to the riverside bike path. I recommend this hotel, it was excellent value for money

Hotel location is wonderful, we had a view of the mountains and lake from the balcony of the room. All the staff were kind and we were quite impressed with the pizza at the restaurant, as well as the Korean food. Dan yang is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave the hotel. We highly recommend.

It was decent, albeit a really old hotel. Danyang has a Main Street that you can walk end to end, this is located at the quieter end. While NAVER might show it is near to the KTX station, it is not walkable (highway) but you can approach the front desk to book a taxi for you :)

Relatively close to the bike path. Very nice personell, they let us take the bikes to our room. Interestingly furnished rooms (we had a computer in our room) but nonetheless spacious and well-maintained. Simple but pleasant breakfast.

Was put in a room without a working air conditioner. It was only blowing on fan mode. Elevator was under construction. They said they would change my room the next day but didn’t stay long enough, decided to keep biking the next day.
