It is a clear and tidy hotel with no doubt. However, some of its staff were extremely rude. I went down to ask them if the hotel offered turndown services. The man starred at me then asked, in a highly disrespectful tone, “what do you mean by a turndown service?” Completely shocked that I would encounter such a question at a Nikko hotel, I could not say a word for like ten seconds while that man continued starring at me. How can I reason his behavior if not an intentional embarrassment?

In Union Square, the street with Macy's and Hop on Hop off... on the other street there is the Cable Car stop, close to Sephora, Ross. There is no breakfast, but they provide us with a
20% Mason cafe discount voucher, which is divine and the
best breakfast on the trip so much so that we didn't even want to try others. Hotels in SF are expensive and old. but it was very comfortable, practical and friendly staff

참고로 짐옮겨주시는분은 선뜻 혼자온 제게 사진도 찍어주셔서 더욱 마음에 들었답니다!
이 밖 거리는 나쁘지는 않지만 빌런들이 자주 돌아다니니 조심하세요
참고로 샌프란 9.4기준 미국연휴일이라 그런지 사람도 별로 없고 특히 밤에는 동양인 여자 혼자 걸어다니기 매우 위험했습니다!

Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good.

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

I stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Caza, Fisherman's Wharf. It is an amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Ms Vanessa M was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful in making suggestions and guiding me with plans as I was a first time visitor to San Francisco like me. If I ever come to San Francisco again, this is exactly where I would be staying

房間大小在舊金山dt中算比較大了。酒店給客人對面酒店健身房的的權限可以使用，前台早上有提供咖啡和水果。這個價格性價比是不錯。缺點就是附近流浪漢實在太多了，舊金山流浪漢重災區，晚上從union sqaure走路回酒店一路都在小跑，特別恐怖。女生獨自出行的話不建議。

舊金山瑞吉可以説是當地酒店天花板級別了，也是美國住過的最頂級的酒店之一了，地段絕佳，酒店隔壁就是SFMoMA，離Union Square購物街基本也就步行5-7分鐘。酒店整體規模不大，但服務，硬件，設施都非常精緻細膩。雖然和國內的瑞吉酒店品質相差甚遠，但在美國不能以國內的標準來評判，極力推薦！

FFrench DudeI recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel during my business trip to San Francisco and here are my thoughts:
Location:
The location of the hotel is quite good. Although the area is quiet at night, there are many places to visit during the day. The neighborhood is very central, not far from Chinatown, just a 15-minute walk away.
Security:
The security at the hotel is excellent. It is very secure and they do not let just anyone enter.
Credit Card Policy:
A major downside, not directly related to the hotel itself, is the strict credit card policy. Even though I paid everything online, presenting a credit card at check-in is mandatory. Without it, you might end up sleeping outside. Additionally, at check-out, there's an unexpected mandatory state tax charged to your card, which you are not informed about beforehand. This is a compulsory tax for the state of California.
Room:
The room was decent. It had a small fridge, but nothing for brushing your teeth. I don’t know if it’s typical of American hotels, but I find showers without hand showers inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. I have some doubts about the cleanliness of the thick carpet, though it seemed clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds on the windows, which I found disappointing.
Breakfast:
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Only coffee is offered in the morning and wine in the afternoon, but honestly, I don't care for the wine. We need food. I had to walk 15 minutes to a Seven Eleven to get something to eat and drink.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was quite good and worked very well.
Overall, the Galleria Park Hotel has some good points, but there are several areas where it could improve.

Hotel breakfast available for purchase was delicious but pricey. Lunch options would be great. Front desk and concierge were both friendly. NNancy XIt's a hotel with some proud history. They've arranged a corridor to introduce their past and the hotel is elegantly decorated. There's some sort of package that I've paid for at trip.com. that I didn't really know about and they've given me 20 dollar allowance to use for the hotel food because of this. The room is clean, and basically you could use the lift by yourself because it requires you to enter your floor number before you get in the specific lift. The hotel is right in front of the union square so you're accesible to many stuff. I've talked to some guests at the breakfast place and some of them have come here many times. I think I would come again some time, if SF city has less homeless and become cleaner, like it used to be.

Not a grandiose property but was excellent for a base for day trip around San Francisco and walking out in the city. Staff was excellent. Only minor quip would be that I supposedly got a 2 level upgrade on my room. However, the view of the room was horrible and on a relatively low floor. I guess you need a ”20 level” upgrade to get a nice room. That said, having booking through Amex FHR and having those benefits, it made the stay nice.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a special place, no doubt. Every room is individually decorated and provides some retro Mafia/ Italian style interior. Even the group bathrooms are really with such level of detail, especially with it‘s historic armatures. Extroadinary and droll antiques are displayed on all floor levels which makes this place very cosy with a shabby attitude. So what‘s the „cons“? I am generally a friend of shabby, but if shabby becomes tacky than this could become problematic. Some examples. Dust was spread all over the room including lamps, wardrobe, etc. Which led to the impression that my room has not seen professional cleaning for a while. The room was fitted with a carpet which best days were over since a couple of decades. The carpet in my room showed a number of stains, which were ideally referring to some good red wine, but I felt uncomfortable walking in the room without shoes on. Finally the bed linen also showed some stains and I detected black hair on the pillow. So the overall summary is that the stay could have been much cosier and comfortable due to the unique in- and exterior of charming San Remo, but tidiness is key! Another positive aspect to mention is the fantastic location as Fishermans Wharf, Lombard Street and Golden Gate Park can all be reached easily in a couple of minutes by foot. So I really don't know if I liked this place or not, also given the fact that San Remo is not a bargain... Make your own views...

CChristopherOverall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat.
The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service.
On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal.
Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

The rooms were elegantly designed with attention to every detail, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The amenities, especially the spa and infinity pool, were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, and the concierge helped me plan unforgettable local experiences. Truly a five-star experience. I can't wait to return!”

BBryan GThe staff was very informative, polite, and kind. The front desk manager walked me from the office and down the sidewalk to show me the entrance to where I could find my room. He even helped me solve a kind of tricky situation with competence and ease allowing for compromise and a win-win situation. Honest folks here and a nice stay over.
