The overall is good. Just some comment. 1. We stayed for 3 days included breakfast, they had all the same food everyday 2. The room service need to improve. When we ask for cleaning. they gave us new towels for some people only. 3. The glass on the wall is broken

Great location but one downside is that there is no droppoff point in front of the hotel. A bit inconvenient if you have luggage. Otherwise great value for money

The hotel provides a good service at front desk when I checked in before 2pm. Pretty staff upgraded my room to King size bed at the top floor. Room is clean and bed is super nice and comfy. Location is proximity to China town and ICC. Highly recommend to everyone.

Breakfast is no worth for $35 a day. , very simple . No variety. They don’t refill or change toilet paper, shower cap, toothbrush everyday.

Perfect location near pubs, resto and shops. Very clean and spacious room with complete amenities. Friendly staffs too. Definitely coming back

Great location! Close to George Street, China Town restaurants, Town Hall station. The front desk staffs are very friendly to help us with check in and check out. The room services are not satisfied. There are till hairs over the bathroom drain. There was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. We have to ask every day. We did not require room clean on the second day and received a $10 food and beverage voucher. However, when we use it to pay for the water from mini bar, the staff told us we can only use it for restaurant and bar food and drinks. There was a very small line letters on the voucher. On the third day, we required room clean but no new towels have been replaced and there was a black dots on the sheet after I removed the duvet.

Location is perfect. Near to shopping n many eateries. . Room is very big. But if there is one more chair it will be better. Trip.com advertise all room have bathtub but the room given to us does not have any bathtub. Maybe trip.com should check and amend the listing. N the shower is leaking whole night even the tap is closed tightly.

Perfect location for anyone who wants to stay in Sydney. Public transportation, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Close to Darling Harbour and the CBD.

Perfect location. Only bad thing was we could hear the elevators going up and down.

Excellent location in the city. Walking distance to opera house and Hop on off bus station.

Reception was wonderful. Had an incident where family needed some medical attention and they were very quick to provide support. Very thankful for the staff :)
