I had the most horrible checking out experience ever while the Receptionist was upset because I was seeking for clarification over the incorrect data recorded. My very first time to be told off as Ben said “This is the information as shown on my screen” and pointing on his computer screen, while he was not even treated in an inappropriate way. However, the Manager had clarified it and settled the issue, and I hope this case will not happen again to other guests and the Receptionist Ben could behave professionally. Anyway, thanks to Natalie as well for providing good service during breakfast.

Next to airport. Nowadays most of the good hotels provide hair comb or brush, toothpaste and toothbrush,which is very normal, but I didn’t find them. It was very inconvenient. I travel a lot and stayed in different hotels and never had this issue. This is the first time I have had this problem. I managed buying them, however, it was very inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel and people are happy to help and friendly. I recommend this hotel but make sure you carry your hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste with you if you’re going to book this hotel..

Even on the 2nd floor you can still hear the trams rumble down George street and the aircan is very loud. Other than that, great location to Chinatown for dinner and show at the Capitol Theatre. Also 7eleven and Ezymart 20mtr walk. Plus..... a discount on parking o'night at Capitol Carpark underneath the hotel.👍

Rydges Camperdown is about a few seconds walk from Parramatta Rd Bus stop so getting around is no problem, I actually cancelled my car rental and was glad I did because of this but incase you do bring a car there is normally parking along the front and even below. the room is very nice and quiet even if you’re close to the elevator, the interior is very clean and provides all the essentials you need for a good stay. Next time I come back to Sydney I’m definitely booking again.

Shouldn't ask too much for services, value for money ! Hotel is clean but no cleaning on Sunday !!!!! It's far from city centre, however it's OK with us by renting a car, the hotel provide free parking, so it is beneficial to customer.

We stayed in the Rydges World Square family room for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

Great stay at Rydges Sydney. Room was well-sized and clean, with a comfortable bed and effective blackout curtains. Check-in was straightforward; staff were helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast covered the essentials well. Location is excellent: close to Central Station and easy access to both the CBD and inner suburbs. Solid mid-upscale option that delivers on the fundamentals. Would book again without hesitation.

Great location, short walk to Museum Station and to he light rail. Walking distance to Haymarket and Chinatown. Lots of food nearby, mostly Asian though. The room is clean and is cleaned daily. Cooking utensils are sufficient, although will be great if knives are sharper. Can be a little noisy in the night cos of the location, otherwise will stay again if back in Sydney for more days!

Was clean and nice, downstairs was very luxurious looking, and the staff were kind. The hotel is good for business stays but I wouldn’t say anything else. Tv was very outdated and could not watch anything on it, the “King” bed was 2 singles with 2 single bed sheets zipped together. Aside from that everything else was good. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of the tv as I like to relax in the night time.

Lovely, clean hotel with comfortable beds, pre-check-in luggage storage and located on the same street as the Victoria Cross metro station entrance which allows for quick, convenient travel to the CBD via metro. The only issues with the location is that it was hard to find at first as it was hidden behind a couple of tall apartment buildings and it's located on a steep hill, so be prepared to drag your suitcase up the hill if you're not bringing your car there. Otherwise, would recommend staying there.
