My first time staying in a capsule hotel. The overall environment was great. Despite my 182cm height, the capsule size was very comfortable. Soundproofing is subjective, but free earplugs are provided. The charges for other toiletries were also very reasonable. Plus, the location is excellent! Right across from the alley entrance are Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Ximen Store and Xiaoximen. Turn right, and you're at the Blueprint Culture & Creative Park. It's also close to Zhongzheng Road and Guohua Street. Extremely convenient for backpacker sightseeing.

This hostel is incredibly clean for a dormitory, and considering the current average prices for accommodation in Taiwan, I think it offers excellent value for money. While it's a bit far from Tainan Station, exploring Tainan city itself pretty much requires using the bus or YouBike (or a taxi if you're willing to spend). Buses run frequently and the stop is close by, so it's not really inconvenient. I believe you'd be more satisfied staying here, even if it means traveling a little further, than settling for a similarly priced place closer to the station. However, self check-in requires using LINE, which isn't an issue for Japanese people like me, but it might be a bit inconvenient for those from countries that don't use LINE.

Though not large, it's clean, fresh, and has a charming, compact environment. The guests are all very considerate, making an effort to keep quiet at night. It was a wonderful stay, perfect for backpackers.

It's a capsule hotel. There are no amenities whatsoever, so you need to bring your own, especially a towel is essential. However, the facility itself was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so I was satisfied.

Away from the hustle and bustle, the quality of our stay was excellent – very peaceful and quiet. There's a parking lot nearby, and the accommodation itself was clean and tidy with great facilities. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and drink around.

The noise from the boiler and air conditioning was quite disruptive at night, affecting my sleep. The hairdryer overheated after only a short while, and the duvet and mattress covers felt a bit itchy. It was also a bit inconvenient having to go down to the ground floor for the restroom in the middle of the night. However, the luggage storage service was excellent, and the host was very quick to respond to messages. I'd suggest making the map directions clearer. I accidentally found myself at the guesthouse next door, but luckily, the kind folks there were willing to tell me the correct location.

The space are pretty small for double bed typically one bed and luggage space in front of the toilet. The location was quite okay; but the sound proof system really sucks! Rainy day you can hear the rain dropped on the roof or the plane flying over can be very annoying!!

Excellent! The air conditioning was powerful and the place was very clean. Daily basic cleaning can be requested. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Guohua Street.

Excellent location nearby the public bus stop going to Tainan tourist attraction. Good accommodation for solo travelers and high security hotels.

This time, I stayed in an upgraded room in the new wing. The location is fantastic, and the room amenities were all excellent. The common lounge was also fully equipped. The only slight issue was with the water dispenser, but the staff were quick to respond and resolve it. I was very satisfied with their prompt resolution. It's definitely worth coming back again!

All good and nice place , sound proof can be better

Near to Mitsukoshi and more central eventough not near train station. No reception. Entry and registration only via Line which can be frustrating as not everyone knows that and not everyone has Line outside of Taiwan.

The actual place matches the photos, though the room was a bit dark and on the small side. Because it's a self check-in property, the luggage storage on the ground floor is unattended. The cleanliness and location were excellent. My only minor complaint is the lack of a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage up to the 3rd or 4th floor, which is quite inconvenient for those with large bags. There's also no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit of a hassle.

The price and location is good, BUT they do not have a front desk, did not send a code beforehand to get through the digitally locked door, and did not pick up when called repeatedly, even when called with a ********* number. I was almost stranded for the night, even though I eventually did get in.
