One of the best stays I had, if I could give 6 stars I would! Room was spacious, clean and new. Breakfast was amazing. Located near the TRA station too.

Decent hotel with not much facilities. Our room towels smelled and have dark stains. Not many restaurants nearby and quite street at night. However the breakfast and brunch spread is quite good 👍

Location wise is perfect to see the central of Tainan city, as well as surrounded by lot of nice local foods.

The hotel service is exceptionally pleasant. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, within walking distance to the Tainan metro. Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.

Clean and spacious room. We love the separate toilet and bathroom design. The bed is so comfortable. Will definitely come back again .

The Grand Banyan is a pleasant surprise. Centrally located in a not too busy area. Rooms are spacious, and amenities are top-notch. Will definitely return.

The room is spacious and comfortable.  Staff is friendly. Its value for money is good. I’ll stay here when I visit Tainan next time.

The concierge really put customers first, they always come out and offer help when we reaches back to the hotel. They even went out of their way and help to arrange for us to service our luggage! Excellent service!!

Rooms are clean & spacious. NT50 for toiletries as it's not being provided. Hotel staffs are also very polite n courteous. Hotel is walkable to many places of interest! 1. Xin Guang San Yue shopping mall 2. Dong Cai Shi mkt 3. Burger King 4. Mos Brg 5. Mac 6. Famous Dan Dan Brg chain 7. Lots of temples Short ride to : 1. Da Dong Ye Shi 2. Hua Yuan Ye Shi 3. Costco 4.
