A neat little luxury hotel. I had a comfortable stay. As it is located next to the main road, it can be noisy. There were ambulance/fire engine sirens every night (4 nights consecutively). cafes and convenient stores are nearby.

Cozy room with very nice bath 🛁 , we was enjoy ALL the facilities in the room . Breakfast is nice but didn't serve cold latte or ice coffee (only provide you ice cube and mix with the hot coffee) *taste so bad!

The hotel might not new but still nice and clean and i love the design of it. Its quite vintage location was perfect 2 mints walk in mrt Station below is bus stop 10 to 15 mint's away from taipei 101 world trade center its nice to be near in mrt Station as it is very accessible we took train going to the airport and its just took as in total of an hour plus including the interchange as we payed for the taxi from airport to our hotel quite pricy so we decide to take a train to the airport actually its quite easy for all the staff that we've ask for directions is very accommodating. Took train going to the zoo and cable car it was fun. And we are thankful to the hotel staff they might not can't speak and understands English that much but they try their best. They are totally amazing. To the housekeeper who always clean our room even we don't need too provide us a clean towels daily. Our room is just nice room is so much worth it how much we payed for it. There's breakfast provided but felt sorry not to have it as its not halal but we are still greatful and appreciate it. Really recommend this place but if ur looking for a high end hotel like a five star for sure you will complain but for us it's totally good.

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

The place is very accessible. Perfect location for travelers.

As someone who often travels for conferences, I found my recent 5-day stay at CHECKinn Taipei XhiYi to be exceptionally convenient and enjoyable, especially considering its proximity to the Taipei International Convention Center and its affordability. Additionally, being in the heart of the Xinyi district, I was close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore Taipei during my downtime. It's a stone's throw away from some of Taipei's most iconic attractions, like Taipei 101 and the vibrant night markets. The proximity to the MRT station made navigating the city a breeze. The staff at CHECKinn were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing, they truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ comfort stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay, which was particularly reassuring in these times. While the hotel excels in style, the amenities are somewhat basic. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the lounge area was cozy and welcoming. However, I missed having a fitness center or a pool, which could be a downside for some travelers. In terms of value, CHECKinn is a clear winner. It was the most affordable option near the Taipei International Convention Center, without compromising on quality or comfort. For budget-conscious business travelers, it’s a perfect choice.

Stayed at the Standard Double Room (2 adults). Overall, room was decent was fairly clean (we’re very particular with cleanliness and hygiene), staff was very nice & accommodating, cleaned our rooms when asked to, had the basic amenities, a lounge, and freebies, ie coffee capsule, softdrinks, water, tea, biscuit, gummy bears. Best things about this hotel are that it’s close to transportation, i.e. MRT, bus stops, convenience stores, like 7/11, Family Mart, where you can buy your “easy card” & even top up there, cafes, tea drinks, bars, restaurants, nice clothes shops. It would have been nice if the room were much cleaner, i.e. the corners were a little dusty (again this is coming from someone who’s very very particular about cleanliness) but all in all, had a good stay & would highly recommend! Very good deal and worth it too!

My wife enjoys the swimming pool and gym . The location is close to MRT and bus stations, very convenient. most of all, there are many delicious and not expense restaurant in the walking distance of the hotel.

The location is good the room is clean the staff is very kind cheap place to stay near station access landmark in a minutes this hotel is not for sensitive/ richkid people if your looking for budget friendly hotel choose this thanks you city hotel.
