Tetap dengan alamat sebenar tempat itu semasa mencarinya kerana anda tidak akan melihat papan tanda fizikal west.inn 48. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah kami telah menghubungi untuk memaklumkan ketibaan kami, hanya untuk mengetahui bahawa tiada simpanan bagasi tersedia apabila kami tiba di tempat itu pada waktu pagi -- terdapat beberapa tetamu lain yang mempunyai masalah yang sama jadi pastikan anda membuat rancangan lain & jangan sampai lebih awal daripada waktu daftar masuk. Ia adalah proses daftar masuk & daftar keluar sendiri. Pasti akan mengesyorkan tempat ini dengan peringatan untuk TIDAK tiba lebih awal daripada waktu daftar masuk.

if you are interested with night market, this is the right choice, coz it is right inside the market; but remember no checkin before 3pm, and no luggage service

Slight far from Shilin station but it’s located next to Shilin Night Market. Room is very humid, suggest to keep air on and dehumidifier on throughout the day. I was lucky to meet a staff when entering the building (I didn’t know that we needed a passcode), so pls do try to contact in advance. That was the only day I saw a person, other days there was nobody. Overall stay was ok, the only drawback is that the water flowing sound next door is quite loud, which you can hear it like there’s water flowing into your room.

Location was pretty good right next to Shilin Night Market. However, it said the room would be cleaned every 3 days but wasn’t actually cleaned at all. They just made the bed instead. They pretended it was cleaned but it wasn’t. The main issue with this place was that it was very unclean and had lots of dust on the walls since there was no ventilation or windows. Very dusty and unclean; would not recommend.

I like the location and the toilet is good haha. The place is nice and I love the self check in kiosk.

Sufficient for simple stay. Need more towels than just one piece per person for 3 days.

Great experience. Very close to shilin night market. Perfectly the right choice indeed. Had a blast during our 5-day stay😀👌

Recommend to get the door pin before reaching. After a short walk down the narrow walkway, will reach the lobby. After usual hours, check-in can be done via a kiosk at lobby. Room size was decent, toilet was small but sufficient. There's bidet as well. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the office chair was very dirty, simply didn't sit on it during stay, so alright.

Great location to both metro stations and Shilin night market , convenient self check in, daily housekeeping, I love especially the new bathroom! Booked multiple times throughout my whole trip.

The hotel need to go thru repairs hence we were moved to another hotel which is not as good. I give credit to Alina the housekeeper for arranging the move . Although she is very helpful and efficient, one of the luggage was not delivered on time. The hotline is not staffed 24/7

A great deal for solo travellers. The room isnt the cleanest but my bathroom was quite clean! The sound proofing isnt good so you do hear ur neighbours talking, coughing and toilet flushing etc. There are no staff available irl but messaging them on LINE is convenient if you've got any enquiries. Overall a decent stay.

Though West.inn 48 was in a great location, the room is tiny. The heat got stuck on, and I needed to call gir service, which the person fixing it acted as this has happened many times before because she opened a tile in the ceiling in the hallway and fixed something there. The walls are not insulated well, because I constantly heard clear dialog from all surrounding rooms. I could have a clear conversation with the people who slammed their bags down at 1:30 am. If you're looking for a place with a great location, this is it. If you want to sleep, I suggest finding another place.
