Ulasan Hotel Royal Nikko Taipei - Newly Renovated

Stayed for 1 night. Service staff were very friendly. The hotel’s bakery shop is popular. Pyjamas are provided in the room!

It s very nice and clean, i love their pyjama, so cute , elegant. Breakfast have a lot of things to eat

Location is good and helpful staff.Just that carpet is a bit old. All other facilities are fine. Have a good cake shop at the lobby.

The hotel is very close to metro station, there are a variety of shops and restaurants around that worth spending time one. Facilities are maintained and staff are friendly and helpful

Front desk generally is nice but not as welcoming as typical top hotel service in Japan. The checkin front desk staff is Japanese. Very kind and helpful. However, one concierge old staff is as cold and unfriendly as before. Actually, even a bit rude when I told him the hotel bag I received is broken and need to get a new one. He was so impatient and unwilling to change. After giving me the new bag, he turned his head and walked away. Really shocking to see such concierge at a 5-star hotel which claims Japanese warm service. He was like that when I stayed @ the hotel for 2 weeks a couple of years ago. The hotel is famous for its pastries and snacks. The best in town. I bought a lot as gift. The restaurants provide gourmet food as usual. One of the best in town that customers can trust. Some staff seems to have problem of getting instruction right but the receptionists and managers are always prompt to answer the call and serve very well.

just fair, house keeping and concierge are very good, but poor front desk when requested “late” check-out at just 13:00. May not choose it again.

Last minute booking made with this hotel ended up as my favourite accomodation in TW till date. Service was awesome. There was always a hotel staff opening the main door for guests to enter. Receptionist was friendly and offered a free upgrade to suite. Upgraded room was very spacious and clean. Came with Loccitane toiletries. Seems that guests are mainly Japanese. Location is quite convenient with shops nearby. A pity I got to check out before sunrise to catch an early morning flight. Would stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

Good value of price, nice room, happy with the service, great breakfast

The hotel location is very convenient. You can find any kind of restaurants with walking distance. The bed is comfy though the rooms are not so big. We stayed for four nights and we enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Superior detailed management! Cleanliness and services make up for the outdated designs and amenities. Definitely worth the stay.
