Great location as the hotel was next to Taipei Main Station where all kinds of public transport (bus terminal, HSR, and TSA) are just next to each other and are within walking distance.
But in the room I stayed in, the air con was not cold and was stuffy. Informed the reception and was offered to change room, but it makes no difference.
End up with my original room with the air con filter change.
Stuff attending to my request was patient and took the trouble to accompany us to check the room before we decide whether to change the room.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan.
The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around.
The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new.
It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station.
The hotel staff were very friendly too.
Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good.
This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest.
Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

A great value hotel 5 mins walk from Taipei Main Station (Taoyuan Airport train) via Exit 3. Hotel has thoughtful amenities like storage lockers, a pantry containing microwave, coffee and hot water machines, and dining space. Laundry avail at B1 too. Friendly and helpful staff who printed our boarding passes for us. Clean and compact room,with toilet bidet and free snacks with bottled water, tea/coffee. Some improvements needed: water leakage from gap in shower door, wetting bathroom floor. Hanger rack in awkward location above pantry instead of on wall above luggage rack.(see pic)Hanging jackets or clothes may obstruct when boiling water or making beverages. TV doesn't seem to work. WiFi works on one device but another could not log on to the room network. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out most of the time but it may bother those who stay longer.

A clean and well-equipped hotel in ximending. Close to the metro and bus lines as well as the train station. Lots of shopping and places for food at walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Some street noises can be heard, even on the 8 floor but this didn't bother us. Very well maintained place. There is no breakfast available.

The hotel is located next to ximending walk street, close to all the tourist attractions, next to MRT and bus stop.
On level 6, there is a self-service laundry, very convenient, especially during the hot/ rainy days.
The only issue we faced was the bathroom ceiling was leaking, next to the ceiling light, the facility person fixed it on the first day, but still leaking on the same evening.
Overall experience was good.

Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 7 minit dari hotel ke Ximending.
Cumanya tiada tingkap, jadi senang tidur sampai lupa masa 😂 Tapi harganya agak murah.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and I have to say, it didn’t quite meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment.
The elevator was notably slow, which became a bit of a hassle, and I had to go to the lobby to pick up some amenities myself. The swimming pool was quite small and didn't offer much in terms of relaxation. Additionally, the views from the hotel were less impressive than anticipated.
Breakfast was decent, but during peak times, many of the food items were depleted and not promptly replenished.
Overall, while the hotel had its positives, there were several areas where it fell short of a true 5-star experience.

Hotel staff was friendly and will greet us with a smile whenever we stepped past the reception area. Our room also comes with a view of Taipei 101, making it really enjoyable. Will highly recommend this hotel!

Tidak ada perasaan bergerak di sebelah katil besar, kalis bunyi baik, dan sarapan tidak teruk.
Terdapat banyak restoran yang tidak murah, dan saya makan 2380 + 10% restoran Thailand untuk 1 orang pada hari itu. Hidangan yang ditetapkan sama sekali tidak mengagumkan. Saya cadangkan anda memesannya.

BBert YA clean hotel with superb location. Front staff are polite and friendly. Convenient location with 4 minutes from the airport mrt. Near to a lot amenitie. Nearby family mart open 24 hours. Will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Taipei.

PPengguna TetamuStaff is excellent. Friendly and most helpful, from the reception to cleaning staff. Location is mist convenient, walking distance to Beimen and Taipei Main stations. Direct bus to Jiufen and National Palace Museum outside of Beimen Station. Thought the hotel writeup said no toothbrush, but the room has. The only minus is that I could hear traffic noise and it did keep awake. I didn't hear neighbours, though.

It is located in the heart of Taipei City which makes going anywhere convenient, range between 15 mins - 30mins by cab.
The breakfast are well cooked, just don't expect much variations.
The service is really bad among the male employees. They shows an inpatient face & tone when I ask them for wifi password after check-in. And when there's problem in the my room, they expect me to fix it myself instead of sending a technician up. When I ask one of the old man, he quickly say 'No No', and leave. This is very bad.
I will not be glad to return.

They were very helpful and they won't let you wait longer when you arrive at the hotel. Their service was great. Complete toiletries, beautiful room. The bathroom is so spacious with hot and cold shower. There's a glass division, where the shower area is separated to the toilet area. Nice 🛁 and very comfortable. Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. The location of the hotel is also perfect because it is near to Jiantan train station and surrounded with lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee and tea shop and 7 eleven.
