房間很大，特別是浴室，很乾凈清爽。很喜歡。早餐因為客人不多，樣數不是很多但中西式都有。準備的很精緻。即使客人不多時間也快到了，該補菜的還是在補菜。這一點特別稱讚👍。服務很熱情貼心。以後還會選擇這家。

This quarantine hotel is only 15 min taxi ride from Taoyuan Airport. It’s so nice to be able to wash off our 16 hr flight nearby after long quarantine procedures. The room is super spacious and is equipped with anything and everything. The service is 24 hrs and is beyond 6 star of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Strongly recommended. 離機場15分鐘車程。耐心的24小時工作人員真的提供了6星級的服務品質。房間什麼都有。非常暖心的飯店廚師的3餐讓被時差累到的我們非常舒服。飯店幫手Winnie不時送驚喜的點心來。小精靈們總是安安靜靜的送物質。強烈推薦。

j'y ai passé 2 semaines en déplacement professionel. Pratique car à 5mn à pieds de l'usine. Par contre, je ne recommanderais pas pour le tourisme. les MOINS: - les chauffe-plats ne chauffent pas, petit dej froid - pas de resto, il n'y a que le petit-dejeuner - play list musicale limitée. on pète un cable au bout de 2 semaines - petite salle de sport (c'est un plus), mais machine à vérins donc effort très limité. Des haltères à dispo mais pas plus de 12.5kg. les PLUS: - personnel sympa - machines à laver et séchoirs à dispo sans surcout - Guest friendly - frigo et micro onde dans la chambre - matelas confortable - chambres calmes

Bon, c'était un peu particulier car c'était pour passer la quarantaine, mais j'ai bien aimé mon séjour au Freedom Hotel. Chambre très spacieuse. Grand lit confortable. Excellent wifi. Grande télé avec un large choix de chaînes, dont plusieurs chaînes francophones. Très bonne isolation phonique. Les repas étaient bien variés, copieux et plutôt bons. Un certain nombre de produits (thés, jus de fruit, laits, ...) pouvaient être commandés gratuitement. Le personnel (vu uniquement aux check-in et check-out) était très aimable. Bref, une bonne expérience malgré les conditions.
