The hotel is a short walk from the old town, the area has many visitors and cafes (I recommend PAUL) belonging to Freedom Square. A modern hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent restaurant with great views of the city. The room is clean and modern, the bathroom has a fantastic shower. The breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful, especially liked that they cooked an omelet on site. The staff were courteous, friendly and exceptional service. I have to tell you about an incident that happened to me, at the end of the checkout, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 headphones in the room. After I noticed that my headphones were lost, I contacted the hotel and after a while received a response from them that the headphones had been found and were waiting for me at the hotel reception. There is no doubt that the next time I go to Tbilisi, I will choose this hotel again!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Je pense qu'il y a un problème de salle de bain, l'espace entre la douche et toilette est trop oetit, je peu à peine rentrer. Je suis grand de 1m90. Il y a des tâches sur les lampes, rayures sur les portes. Lit très confortable, éclairage fonctionne très bien. Il manquait les brosses à dents et peignoir ! Housekeeping devrait vérifier les chambres avant les clients. La piscine est très bien, bonne installation ! Petit déjeuner très bon. Je dirais que les standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ne sont pas là, même au niveau du service d'accueil reste très basique mais sans plus, je m'attendais à un meilleur service quand-même. Le repas au ATI était très bon, mais la serveuse est très jeune et très aimable doit approfondir ces connaissances en F&B. Le chef est venu nous expliquer son plat, très professionnel.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Sololaki/Tbilisi with not much traffic on the street! Small but beautiful room and very kind and helpful staff, Tamta! The breakfast was a treat! All the guests shared one big table that was set with yoghurt, fresh and dried fruits, cakes, bread, cheese, eggs, vegetables, orange juice, coffee/tea etc. Everything was presented as a beautiful painting. Such a lovely idea to share the breakfast table with the other guests! We wish we had stayed several more days! We are ever so grateful to Tamta who helped us, late in the evening after we had arrived, when we discovered that my husband had forgotten his gore-tex jacket and cap at the hotel in Sighnaghi. The owner of that hotel was in contact with Tamta, and sent the jacket and cap by marschrutka all the way from Sighnaghi to Tbilisi. In Tbilisi, Tamta/Communal Hotel Sololaki, organized a taxi to pick up the clothes from the marschrutka station and deliver it to us at the hotel, one day before we left Georgia. THANK YOU so much for your help!

Ich war schon in vielen courtyard by Mariott Hotels weltweit. Leider entspricht das in Tbilisi nicht dem Mariott Standard. Hotel ist alt, Zimmer nicht auf dem neuesten Standard. Fenster im Zimmer kann man nicht öffnen. Im Frühstücksraum hat sich das Personal lauter unterhalten als die Gäste.

A small 3 star hotel that has very accommodating staff... makes the place feel homey. The rooms are small yet very clean. It is a few steps away from grocery shop Spar, restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, money exchange shop and the Freedom Square. Walkable distance to a mall, Rike Park and Bridge of Peace. There was a night that it seemed we were listening to a concert as there is a resto that has a gig in their outdoor seating area. What I love most is the breakfast. It made me feel it is cooked for a family.

I stayed one night on a business trip. Check in took less than a minute and check out was even quicker! I handed the key and he wished me a good day, DONE! Otelin konumu güzel yerde.Kaldığımız oda geniş ve rahattı. Balkonlu olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Kahvaltı menüsü zayıftı.Ama mutfağı temizdi. Biz Akşam yemeklerimizi otelde yemeyi tercih ettik.
