Central location , Excellent hotel & service .nice breakfast .
جناح جنيور متوسط المستوى والطاقم جيد ومتعاون بشكل عام ويعتبر افضل فندق في تبليسي ينقصه وجود مطعم وكفي لان مطعمهم سيء (خدمات الغرف)، لكن يقع قريبا منه كفي ممتاز من جهة الحديقة بعد الكنيسة ولايوجد لوحة له
قريب من السنتر ولايوجد سنتر فعلي لتبليسي مماثل لدول أخرى وانما نوعا ما قريب لاهم المراكز الحكومية مثل البرلمان

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and EVERYTIME we walked by front desk, no one care about you as the guests, no smile, no greeting, so we feel it is not welcoming vibes which luxury hotel should be. I am not sure if that because it is Georgian culture or because hotel lack of training or it is too stress work place. Upon check out, we have to carry our own luggage’s while staff was looking at us and never asked for helps. It is really good location, beautiful hotel but really need a lot of services hospitality training how to be a professional and lovely human here.

Service is bad ! First the room was smelly & didn’t give us a proper alternative then the waitress from the lobby cafe is so rude ?! (Called Nina) Even the room amenities were missed , Though we were an executive residents ! Not the level that we’re used to from Marriott across the world !

Really great place in the centrum of city. Price is surprisingly low compared to quality of service. Super location, cannot be better. Helpful and friendly staff they fulfilled at any time all our whims. Room is big enough with comfortable beds.

Absolutely horrific service. Here for business so I impressed on them that I needed a quiet room. The first room they gave me was across from an elevator. I immediately asked for a different room. The second they gave me was one away from housekeeping so the doors banged all night. I stayed in that room because they insisted they had no others which is a lie because part of our team was delayed and missed the first night which we had already paid for. When I asked that they move me after the first night there was attitude. They would not deal with me directly since my company booked 70 rooms here. Our event planner said they were awful to her. They eventually, after much yelling, agreed to moved me but in retaliation they turned in my tv remotely in the middle of the night. I know they can turn on TVs remotely because when I was switching rooms yesterday at noon they turned on the tv remotely to “welcome” me. So two nights with no sleep before important work meetings. The front desk was less than sympathetic when I called. Probably because that was their intent for me making an issue of needing a quiet room. Too bad because our last trip here was amazing but immature and unprofessional staff can ruin even the nicest location.
