The road construction nearby was a bit disruptive, but the hotel's interior was quite nice. The breakfast was plentiful with very fresh fruits and vegetables, and it offered authentic Georgian local delicacies.

Right outside the hotel is a park, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's a shame there's road construction going on in the area.

The location is fantastic, and there's plenty to explore nearby. The room was spacious and quiet, and the price was just right. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English slowly and clearly, which made me feel very cared for. It was a huge improvement compared to other hotels where the front desk staff were cold and mumbled. Plus, the front desk attendant was an absolute beauty! Out of the four hotels I've stayed at in Georgia, this one had the best room and the best service for its good location.

The room was quite spacious and decent. However, the pillows weren't clean; they had some dark marks on them. I was in a hurry to go out for dinner, so I just dropped off my luggage and left without bothering to change rooms. The location is excellent, though.

The hotel lobby has a full European style. The rooms are a little bit old-fashioned, but they are well-maintained. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices that are quite suitable for Chinese tastes, and the flavors are excellent too.

Our twin room was spacious and not outdated. The service was good too; they'd always give us an extra bottle or two of water when we asked. The breakfast definitely can't compare to hotels in China, but it was acceptable.

Location: It's originally a great location, but the main road outside the entrance is currently undergoing major renovation, making it very inconvenient and dusty. I'm not sure how long this will last, so I wouldn't recommend staying here in the near future. Also, there's no real view from the window. Breakfast: Very rich and impeccable. Room: I booked a twin room, but was given a king room with an extra bed already set up. Since I arrived quite late, past 10 PM, I didn't want to bother changing rooms. The extra bed being prepared in advance saved some time, which was good. The room itself was relatively small. Service: When I checked in, the front desk attendant was a beautiful Caucasian lady, but she had a complete poker face. Her communication was robotic from start to finish, leaving a very poor impression. However, it seems that a high percentage of service industry staff in Georgia have poker faces, so maybe it's not an isolated incident. Additionally, when I called housekeeping to request some amenities, they called back 10 minutes later asking me to repeat my request, which felt a bit careless.

Great! The hotel has a parking lot, and the staff are very friendly. We stayed here both when we arrived in Tbilisi and when we left.

The hotel has a unique historical feature and belongs to a charming ancient building. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. The Georgian girls are very beautiful and gentle, providing a great travel experience that deserves praise!

Everything was great, and the value for money was excellent. We're a family of five, and the staff were very friendly. There was always plenty of drinking water available during our stay. This made for a pleasant holiday in the Caucasus. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

Arrived past 9 PM and there was only one receptionist. The guest checking in before me was complaining for ages, so I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. The room itself was decent, quite spacious, a bit old but still clean.

Great place. Nothing to complain. Standard Marriot level of service. The room is great, the lounge is quite nice and open 24h. Overall pleasant stay and consistent with Marriot quality.
