Nice , clean and modern hotel with Good location and professional team .

Swimming pool, food was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was stunning 😍 will definitely come back again! The late check in is a little disappointing but no problems at all!

This is most definitely one of my favorite hotels on the planet . It scores in so many departments beginning with the exceptional friendliness and Georgian hospitality of the staff in all parts of the hotel, including housekeeping and room service. Ana the Front Office Manager and Giga the Concierge have both been on the job for more than a decade and it shows: both are exceptionally good natured, attentive, informed and accessible — and most kind to their returning guests. The breakfast is outstanding, as are the welcoming atmosphere and the menu offerings for lunch in the Iveria Cafe. The Asian fusion restaurant Umami is one of Georgia’s finest, and the Italian restaurant Filini is another winner, with its now newly refurbished outdoor terrace and bar (a great place to relax at the end of a long day). The rooms are clean, comfortable (bed included) and well maintained. The central location of the hotel is another plus, with many attractions in walking distance. And the rooftop spa/indoor pool is superb, a great escape. Enough said, this hotel has served me so well in past years, and I have no doubt it will continue to do so in the future. The friends I have made in the hotel over the years do really make it feel like home.

Great hotel, great staff and gorgeous rooms. The view from the corner room was amazing. Spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the ****** at the hotel is great too. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights The spa facility was excellent. Service and staff very friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is the bitter taste at the very end of the stay. Our night time flight was delayed and the notice arrived during our check out process. We asked to return to the room which was anyway payed for till next day. However, we were refused by the supervisor and asked to pay again for the same room if we were to return. A bit more understanding of the situation and "human" approach should be considered at these situations.

A perfect hotel for the family. Pool in the middle and outside the hotel, sauna and spa. A beautiful view of the whole city. An ideal location for visiting people. Very nice service. Beautiful rooms with an impressive view. Good choose for all people.

I have never seen receptionists less interested in customers than what I experienced at Radisson Blu Hotel in Tblisi. We had booked one of their nicest and most expensive rooms, but the service level we experienced was really sloppy and uninspired! The staff should be trained by Lucas at the Radisson RED Hotel across the river. He was brilliant. What we experienced at Radisson RED Hotel was excellent! We did not receive a single smile or any welcome at all when checking in or during our stay at Radisson Blu. When we checked out the receptionist was shouting to the bell-boy to check if everything was paid and to collect the room keys. She did not bother to come out and than us for our stay or anything like this. At other times there was 4-5 receptionist standing there without anything to do, but they were preoccupied by trying to look good or whatever, but offer a smile or even look at customers was clearly not their business. The receptionist at the swimming pool did not offer any service at all. I asked to borrow two bathrobes, but was told I had to go back to the room and pick it up there. So I did, but could not find any in my ‘premium room’ (price approx USD 380,- per night). ‘Luckily we were able to borrow one, but with a grim face and no apologies whatsoever. This was so lousy service. Nice swimming pool with a nice view, but stay away from this hotel if you expect a descent service level and a good feeling during your stay☹️

I had fantastic deserts recommended by Mila, very good choice.meanwhile expect larger menu of desert for such nice restaurant, i had at terrace and atmosphere was great, always stays in my business travels here in this hotel and always happy..

Recently, I and my family embarked on a 5-day adventure to explore the magical country of Georgia and stayed at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, just a short walk away from Freedom Square; located right at the heart of Tbilisi's city center. This makes the hotel an ideal place to stay, as you are within 10 minutes (500m walking distance) of the city's main markets and attractions, such as Rustavali Avenue, which houses some of the best cafes and shops in the city. Furthermore, the best part about the hotel were the spacious, cozy, and airy rooms. We had booked a premium room with a panoramic city view, and the views from the room certainly did not disappoint. As soon as we entered the room the amount of sunlight that filled it was amazing. The floor-to-ceiling windows helped make the room feel so much more spacious, along with the light wood finishes that encompassed the room. Subtle green tones made the room feel much more airer and capacious, while the luxurious bathroom was another amazing feature of the room. The oak-grey floor in the bathroom was heated; a small touch that made a huge difference to the overall stay and experience. Not only this but the hotel also offers two high-end fine-dining restaurants: Umami (a Japanese-Asian Fusion restaurant) and Filini (an Italian restaurant that also hosted the breakfast buffet each morning). The buffet selection for breakfast each morning was amazing, with a selection of most continental breakfast options being available, there were also some local dishes on offer, such as khachapuri (a local flatbread stuffed with cheese) and shakshouka (poached or fried eggs in a chunky tomato sauce). Plus, you also had the option of customising your eggs as there was a live station! Another amazing feature of the hotel was that there are 2 swimming pools: an outdoor pool, which is located on the 3rd floor, as well as a much bigger indoor infinity pool, located on the 18th floor and offers unparalleled views of the city from above. However, a downside of our stay and our experience was that some of the staff were not as welcoming and friendly as others were, and most of the housekeeping/room service staff barely spoke a few words of English, however, that is something you will find all across Tbilisi and Georgia. Overall, we had an exceptional stay at The Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel in Tbilisi and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting the bustling capital of Georgia, and wants a luxurious place to stay in which offers unmatched views of the whole city, while being affordable at the same time!

Very unfriendly stuff, check in felt like on a boarder control. Impossible to feel comfortable. Completely overpriced. A shame for Radisson Blue Brand. Even the rooms been charged double to average the reception wanted 50% or the daily rate for a 1 hour late check out. Only plus: umami restaurant that had good service, good food and reached international standards.
