Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

The price is quite expensive for boutique hotel. The hotel location also difficult to find because the logo is small and covered by other signboard which is more bigger. Hence i am with OKU person with wheelchair the entrance is not suitable for them, but the parking at basement got ramp to pu the wheelchair. The hotel counter located at ground floor. The room i get is bit small - for muslim traveller - is difficult for them to pray because of the room space is too small. But the hotel location is great with a lot of restaurant, fast food and hypermarket.

Bilik itu bersih. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah terdapat semut di mana-mana bilik yang saya tinggal di Miico. Walaupun saya menarik meja dari dinding, semut masih berjaya memanjat ke atas. Saya terpaksa meletakkan makanan saya di dalam tandas dan meletakkannya di atas rak tuala supaya mereka tidak dapat mencapainya.

Penginapan hotel pendek yang bagus di Austin Heights. Bilik kecil untuk pasangan, sambungan internet tidak begitu stabil pada masa-masa tertentu. Ia terletak bersebelahan WaterPark. Banyak kedai makan, lok lok dan pasaraya berdekatan. Ia adalah daerah yang selamat untuk menginap pada hujung minggu. Dapatkan tambang dari CIQ ke Austin Heights boleh jadi agak tinggi.

Was here to spend a night and explore this area of Johor Bahru. I would say this is really a happening area with lots of restaurants and cafes that you can visit. This hotel is one of the available options around this area, and it is located on the 1st floor of the building. So when you are here for the first time, do take the lift up from the ground floor. I gotten the solo room and there's no window view. But is okay for me as I prefer a much darker room with minimal lights. The bed was comfortable with only one pillow provided. Air-conditioning was fine for me and I can get the temperature I want. The toilet was a bit cramp as they put all toilet, basin and shower in one room. The heater take some time to get the warm water. They provided complimentary breakfast at the lobby, but don't expect decent breakfast items. They only provide bread for toast, egg, instant noodle and biscuit. So I would recommend you to go out and explore the area. There's a few restaurants open as early as 7:30am to provide breakfast menu.

Best location for travel at Austin area. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery, massage, ktv... Everything is good except one of the room is connecting room and sound proof badly.
