We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

The rooms are very big & within like a 15 mins walking distance to the instamgramable wall! Enjoyed the stay there with kids. Each of them having their own double bed and spending only sgd 50 per room of 3 double beds per night which I thought was worth it.

Value for money. Big and spacious rooms. Comfortable beddings and showers. Located directly opposite, 200m away from Exit A of Ren Ming Guang Chang subway station. Although the furnishings are slightly depleted, the rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff are also responsive and quick to resolve our room's problem.

We had a large room with comfortable twin bed . Breakfast was very good and delicious , behind the hotel had restaurants and ginseng retail shop.We will come back again this hotel . Please take note: I have pay a deposit of 100 rmb on 14/1/26 for second room card during check in,, front desk did not refund me during check out on 20/1/26. Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

之前其他城市住過維也納，總體不錯，這次也選了維也納，新開的，確實不錯，雙人床是1.35米的大床，有小桌子還有沙發，方便客人放東西吃飯。有衣架，放行李箱也有很大空間，床和電視機的距離也比較寬敞，大行李箱也能方便打開。 早餐很不錯，品種很多，有現煮的玉米麪，嚐了下，跟筋道，放點料，棒棒的打滷麪。 蒸品，沙拉，水果，品種挺豐富的。還有玉米湯，番茄蛋湯。蛋糕，小餅啥的也不少品種，真是都想吃，但是吃不，呵呵。 服務態度都不錯，非常有禮貌。 吐槽下電視，應該是系統問題，卡頓的比較多，錦江的麗怡系列也是這個問題，本人喜歡看電視，卡頓這個不太行，這一點還是希望能有改善。 酒店邊上就是G45電車的站點，做到底就是長影，中間可以去南陽路那邊拍照打《人世間》場景。 斜對面有歐亞商場，有超市啥的，吃飯不用愁。 酒店有機器人送外賣，很方便。 洗衣房和健身房一起的，洗衣機配了2套，就是經常有客人洗完了也沒有來及時取走。 酒店繼續加油吧

The service was spectacular. The check-in ladies room, service, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff all were excellent. As well as the health club staff. The health club was nice to use because there were not many people, but the facilities are clearly older, but they were clean. I only gave four stars for cleanliness because there was a hair in the bathtub which could easily happen to anyone. Loved the mini bar and special Changchun welcome gift touch. Would be nice if bath salts or a bath bomb was provided. I ordered on *******.
