The hotel is in a great location, just over a 100-meter walk from the entrance to the West Scenic Area. It also has parking and family rooms, perfect for families driving. Restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for dining. The owner was very welcoming. We forgot something when we checked out and came down the mountain, and he promptly called our aunt to find it. Thank you very much. I'll stay here again.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options on the popular food street. I forgot to use the pick-up service, and after arriving at Changbaishan Station, I had to wait 40 minutes for a ride, which was incredibly frustrating! The driver who took me to the station later explained that many drivers don't like going there because it's easy to get charged for exceeding parking time limits, or there are common issues like cars arriving before guests are ready, or guests struggling to find their car. The room was very spacious, but it felt consistently damp. The bathroom floor was still wet even after a whole night, and my clothes didn't dry. The hot spring bath on the fifth floor was good, though brighter lighting would improve it. I'd suggest having guests shower before entering the hot spring to ensure hygiene, especially since many children use it. Breakfast was okay, but I personally wasn't a fan of the noodle flavor, mainly due to the sauce, which, as a person from Jiangnan, I found quite peculiar.

This hotel is located in the city center, right next to Yanji People's Park, West Market, the popular '网红墙' (Wanghong Wall), and the Water Market. It's surrounded by numerous shopping districts, making shopping, dining, and entertainment extremely convenient, perfect for tourists. The hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were all incredibly warm and attentive. The front desk staff, in particular, were super, super enthusiastic and friendly, even providing a travel and food guide. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties, and my favorite freshly ground coffee. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent hygiene; the housekeeping staff cleaned promptly and kept everything tidy, which deserves praise. Even the toilet seats were heated! Right outside the hotel, you can go shopping for souvenirs and local snacks. The front desk also gave us a travel and food guide. This Ibis is highly recommended!

I highly recommend this Airbnb in Yanji. It’s spotless and well-maintained. The owner clearly put in a lot of effort into their accommodation. They were also super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to shop and eat. Their advice was spot-on! We even asked them to arrange a day trip to tour around Tumen and Yanji, and we had an amazing time. Definitely worth checking out this place and spending at least 2 days here to enjoy the space.

If you're traveling with kids and prefer convenience, avoiding long walks like I do, then this is definitely the hotel for you. Everything is super close, so there's no need for park transportation, which means it doesn't matter if you're driving or not – all amenities are within walking distance. Many say it's old, but I think it's fine; with kids, I actually prefer older hotels to avoid formaldehyde residue in newer ones. The washing machines and dryers in the self-service laundry room looked very clean, and it was so convenient to wash adult outerwear. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; despite a minor hiccup during check-in, it was resolved smoothly. The one-bedroom suite's bedroom isn't huge, so I'd recommend it for two people. During the day, with my child in the bedroom and me on the living room sofa, it was perfectly adequate. And of course, a balcony is essential when traveling with kids for washing and drying – things dry incredibly fast out there. Looking down at the commercial street below, with distant views of the cable car and the mountaintop, was very pleasant. Despite being on a main street, it was exceptionally quiet at night! I recommend the Jinhua Suite!

The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling. It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy. Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious. The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings.

As an IHG property, despite its age, it doesn't feel dated at all; the maintenance is excellent. Compared to the currently ubiquitous HUAZHU hotels, the breakfast here absolutely outshines them – it's incredibly generous and of high quality. Perhaps due to its location within a resort area, it's very quiet at night, and I slept incredibly soundly. The room is also quite spacious, certainly larger than many HUAZHU properties. As a long-time IHG loyalist, I naturally have a soft spot for IHG hotels, so I definitely want to give it a five-star rating! Of course, I also have to mention a minor point, which is a common issue in many hotels: while the external soundproofing is excellent, the internal sound insulation is only average, and you can still hear some noise. However, compared to the excellent service, it's hardly a deal-breaker. An established hotel like this is definitely still trustworthy!

Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

You truly understand the meaning of 'a home away from home' only after experiencing it yourself! They say you haven't really been to Changbaishan if you don't go to the hot springs, but my family's sudden visit meant a last-minute change of plans. After much careful selection, I chose Yunju. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there were so many pleasant surprises. The front desk staff member was not only thoughtful and attentive, but his emotional support perfectly cured my travel fatigue. The local food he recommended was absolutely spot-on, no duds there! 😌 The room exceeded all expectations! From the ambiance to the breakfast, everything hit just right! 🫶 The environment was simply divine! The moment I opened the door, I felt instantly soothed! The wooden decor gave it a high-end feel, there wasn't a single strange smell in the room, and the bedding was so soft it felt like being wrapped in clouds ☁️! The bathroom was super clean with a separate wet and dry area, even the corners sparkled! Plus, the soundproofing is perfect for all types of sleepers; you don't have to worry about snorers at all. Even if you binge-watch shows until midnight, you won't disturb anyone – I was ecstatic! 🥳 I'm already looking forward to my next trip! Trust me, folks! Go for it with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

My stay at the Echarm Hotel Changchun FAW branch had its ups and downs. The most immediate positive was the spacious room – plenty of space for luggage and moving around, which made for a very comfortable and un-cramped experience. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: firstly, no conditioner was provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests who need it for hair care. Secondly, the air conditioning emitted a noticeable odor when turned on, affecting air quality and overall comfort. Thirdly, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not catering to diverse dietary needs. On the positive side, the hotel's attention to service and post-stay follow-up was commendable. After checking out, the hotel proactively called to ask about my stay and suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest feedback. Moreover, I accidentally left my charger in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, located it, and assisted with mailing it back. Their efficient and responsible service genuinely resolved my issue. If the hotel can address the AC odor, breakfast variety, and conditioner availability, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to the Changchun FAW area.
