Hotel di Tekkekoy

We stayed 2 nights on our road trip of Turkey. The hotel is on the main road but along way from Samsun. On arrival the receptionist was on the phone and made not effort to make us welcome. The room was ok with a nice view of green area behind hotel. Bar staff couldn’t be bothered when we first arrived at bar. Food was good. Cleaning staff wonderful nothing was too much trouble & they all had happy smiles unlike front of house staff. Breakfast was basic but ok. No juice which was a shame but nice coffee. Breakfast staff much happier and helpful. Even help sort a problem with our phone. We use the Hilton brand a lot & this hotel is not their normal standard. Except for breakfast staff.

Tertemiz, hijyen on numara, ilgi, alaka, müşteri memnuniyeti. Bayramda tesadüfen internetten bulup konakladığımız ve son derece memnun kaldığımız otel. Sadece oda kiralama seçeneğini kullandık, kahvaltısı hakkında yorum yapamayacağım. Fiyat performansın zirvesinde, oldukça başarılı.

Stayed with my family in this hotel already three times and all three times everything was good. Family room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Underground parking is available but if it is heavy raining outside the parking is full of water but personal handles it quick. Breakfast was very good every time we were there.

Искала бюджетный отель в центре Самсуна на 3 дня. Выбрала Amisos. Очень довольна. Большой, чистый номер, ежедневная тщательная уборка. Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный и внимательный! Все мои пожелания были учтены. У меня был номер для курящих (это было указано в описании), на 5 этаже, для меня очень удобно. Хотя я курю айкос, но не хотелось бы нарушать правила, а так всё отлично. Персонал говорит на английском и турецком языках. С моей точки зрения хороший завтрак для такой цены за отель. Красивый панорамный вид из ресторана на море. Из минусов: нет халата, нет наборов для чистки зубов и бальзама для волос. Я предусмотрительно всё вожу с собой, поэтому не критично было, но это нужно учитывать. Хорошее месторасположение, от аэропорта на такси 15 минут в вечернее время. В общем, соотношение «цена/качество» отличное. Работникам отеля спасибо за внимательность к своим гостям.

Fiyatı uygundu çevre otellere göre konumunuda çok beğendim şehrin göbeğinde çoğu yere yürüyüş mesafesinde odalar temizdi beklediğimden çok daha iyiydi personel ilgili alakalıydı aracımı otelin önüne park etme imkanı buldum tekrar şehre geldiğimde kalacağım yer kesinlikle

10 temmuz akşamı 1 gecelik konakladığımız otelden gayet memnun ayrılıyoruz.Personel gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin anlaşmalı otoparkı var aracınızı oraya çekiyorlar. Odalar temiz ve yeniydi. Sadece bir havlu biraz kirliydi. Kahvaltı açık büfe çeşitleri yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

A beautiful location, beautiful building, spacious rooms, restaurants and lobby. The roof restaurant is excellent. We loved it. Hotel staff is educated and attentive. The room’s cleanliness is questionable, since there are spots of spilled thing almost on every fabric in the room and specifically the carpet. There are 3 elevators and only 2 were in operation when the 9-floor hotel was completely full - the waiting time was 10-15 minutes. Guests are not permitted to use the stairwell and the elevator wait becomes frustrating.
