Hotel Tel Aviv dengan Gim

I arrived at this hotel after my taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong Crowne Plaza in Tel Aviv. Since I had been flying most of the day, I decided to stay here for a night and then relocate to my original hotel. Upon entering the lobby, Shahd, a member of the front desk staff could see that I was frazzled and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and gave me something cold to drink. I cannot overstate her graciousness. She expedited my check-in and five minutes later I was in my room overlooking the harbor. Does it get any better than that-I don’t think so. I was treated so wonderfully that I decided to cancel my other hotel reservation and remain at this hotel for the next five days. I normally stay at Marriotts, but when I return to Tel Aviv in the future, this will be my home base. It is all due to Shahd’s kindness and professionalism. Customer service can make or break a hotel. This place is a winner. Thank you again. I have attached a photo from my room.

Hotel was ok, with a good location near the beach and after a day in the office it is nice to unwind and walk along the beach. However my rating is because they took my dirty laundry bag (not the hotel one) which was hanging in the bathroom without any prompting from me and then when I complained they said that it was not removed by them. Implying that I was at fault. It has disappeared and I got a lame apology from the reception after insisting several times that they search for it. When repacking my suitcase also found out it had been searched (only had a cardigan and 2 t-shirts inside). Definitely not returning there. Since this is the hotel used by my company, I will be sharing my experience

Delightful change away from hussle and bussle and just a short walk to stunning beach and cafes. Staff couldnt do enough for us which was such a welcome change from other hotels. Rooms very clean and attractive, English movie channel, but the food truck was exceptional! Well done the Muse for creating a welcoming, friendly environment.

Great location and the hotel provided us with the use of their business center, with light snacks and drinks daily. Hotel staffs are friendly and concierge service was superb in advising places to visit. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Tel-Aviv. Missing the city already!

I booked 3 rooms the room and the hotel not Cleaning at all and more then that we had in my room few animals running under my bad!!! The pilow was with sma off someone elth When Ever i asked - the team help very nice pepole

Spent two wonderful days in Tel Aviv based at the Rothschild 22 Hotel. We had tried it last year for one night when meeting up with family and we were not disappointed on our second visit. Reception staff were kind and efficient, the room was clean , comfortable and had a great view. But the most important was that the breakfast under the Chef/ Dining Manager Amram was nothing less than excellent. For someone who is challenged by multiple food allergies Amram was a pleasure to deal with and he gave us the confidence to eat the breakfast. Amram speaks many languages and he certainly understood the menu under his management and care. Certainly that would be reason alone to return to the Hotel - which is centrally located and suited our multiple ins and outs. One minor point is that the Business Lounge was not allergy friendly - something that should be addressed in the future. This does not affect our overall review as The reception staff, Breakfast staff and room staff all merit a good review

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It is right across from the beach, rooms have gorgeous views, and the food is excellent. The staff has been so wonderful, especially Avi the manager. He is so gracious and attentive. During Breakfast and during the day, he came to check in on us and see if he can help us with anything while giving us advice to plan our activities for the day. Dan Panorama - Tel Aviv is so wonderful, and we will definitely come again!

Tiada berus gigi di dalam bilik. Saya telefon dan mengatakan bahawa berus gigi hotel telah digunakan esok. Saya betul-betul buntu. Bagaimanapun, hotel empat bintang tidak mempunyai berus gigi. Apa yang lebih tidak dapat berkata-kata ialah saya mengadakan mesyuarat penting pada awal pagi pada hari terakhir. Akhirnya, saya seorang sahaja yang kembali untuk mengendalikan bayaran balik deposit selepas mesyuarat, jadi saya tidak menaiki bas terakhir untuk pulang ke Baitulmaqdis pada hari Sabat Jumaat. Lokasi baik, dekat dengan laut dan stesen bas tetapi hotel ini tersembunyi di dalam bangunan usang, kemudahan bilik OK, balkoni ditempah untuk melihat laut, air mandi juga sangat baik, tetapi jujur , perkhidmatan dan kemudahan perisian sangat bagus Ia tidak berbaloi dengan harga dan gelaran empat bintang. Adalah lebih baik untuk menambah sedikit wang untuk menginap di hotel lima bintang Dan bersebelahan atau hanya tinggal di Abraham sekurang-kurangnya murah dan anda boleh membuat ramai kawan. Pendek kata, menghabiskan beberapa ribu ringgit untuk menginap di hotel ini tidak mencukupi. Juga tertangguh
