Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et quelle déception! Hier première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d’un bruit de moteur lié au fait que cette chambre se situe juste à côté de la piscine! Étant allée me plaindre dès le lendemain matin car réveillée avec ce même bruit de moteur tel celui d’un avion, on me propose de changer de chambre mais je dois quitter ma chambre actuelle a 10h!!!! Pour avoir la nouvelle chambre à 15h! Dédommagement de 15% sur la première nuit certainement pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi, surtout pour avoir payé une nuit a 480 euros! Je suis actuellement dans la nouvelle chambre et je peux constater la différence de literie, mon mari aussi! On a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois! Un lit deux places qui n en est pas un: deux jumeaux collés côte à côte et Même pas de surmatelas! Et la propreté de cette chambre laisse Clairement a désister! Bref une honte!

Magari esternamente non si presenta molto bene. Una volta entrati però si rimane piacevolmente colpiti dall'arredamento pop e inusuale. La camera era molto ampia e aveva un bagno splendido e molto funzionale. La vicinanza al lungomare è decisamente un punto a favore, così come i teli da mare e gli ombrelli a disposizione gratuitamente. C'è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. L'hotel non offre una colazione completa ma, al mattino, mette a disposizione dolci, biscotti, frutta e macchinetta per il caffè, sufficienti per una colazione continentale.

The pillows, blanket and linens are clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. 65 is located at what seems to be one of trendiest spot along Rothschild Boulevard as it was crowded with locals having breakfast when we arrived at a Sabbath morning. Had to wait for requested early check-in, as the place seemed fully booked.

Check in was trouble free, you do need to make sure you have your blue ticket with your passport, which you get when you enter the country when you check-in but the staff are very good (well during the day anyway) First impressions was being greeted by a full on cake, drinks and food display which I was instructed to try (thinking it was for a conference) and it tasted good, you'll also find a barbers on the reception floor and constant security which is a nice touch. The room is long and thin and air conditioning was very good and you need it in a country like this, I even had to turn the room number up as it can get very chilly, TV was great with all the latest apps built in like Netflix and YouTube and you have a coffee machine ready to go, bathroom was full of toiletries but the shower liked to leave a lot of it's water outside of the shower, so watch out for that as the door seals are a bit old. WiFi is great and all times and you're get awesome mobile signal if you need to keep in touch. Breakfast was a real option fest, from local dishes to absolutely mind-blowing coffee made fresh on a per cup basis. This is backed up by the service but the night team can let it down, I found the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa one night and kept going back when I was talking to a friend in reception. This was a minor point, it's a very ”showbiz” type hotel and they've held parties on the roof and the biggest and best of Israel have been here. A good place to stay, the area around it seemed a bit rough and ready and I was approached by beggars three or four times near the hotel but never felt unsafe.

Je vais donner tellement de bons points à cet endroit que je suis sûr que je vais passer pour un Bot ! Non plus sérieusement, si vous visitez Tel Aviv, cet endroit est parfait. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée et nous avions reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder à la chambre (Clef dans un coffre à l'entrée). L'appartement était propre, spacieux, confortable et franchement une grande partie des choses négatifs que j'ai pu lire n'était pas vraies. Bon allez si, pour trouver un défaut, il manque un petit rebord dans la douche pour poser le savon. Après des heures de randonnées à travers Israël, me baisser dans la douche c'était dur ! Haha :D :D Mais franchement, rien à dire de plus ! Le quartier est vraiment super, à deux pas du marché du Carmel, de pleins de restaurants sympas et tout. Petit bémol, les places de parc manquent dans le quartier surtout le soir, mais il y a un parking payant à deux pas. (Ne vous aventurez pas trop si vous ne savez pas comment marche les couleurs des places telavivienne... le dernier jour la police a emmené ma voiture à la fourrière parce que j'avais pas lu un panneau. Mais clairement cela n'a bien sur rien à voir avec House of Palm ! Juste avec ma flemme d'aller dans le parking payant haha). Bref, vraiment une super experience dans ce bâtiment magnifique, dans un quartier génial ! Notre appartement était un peu en retrait de la rue et nous n'avons quasiment pas eu de bruit. Quand je retournerais à Tel Aviv, ce sera là, assurément !

First off, religious Jews should make sure not to stay here! When I checked in on Friday I asked the front desk for a metal key to use on Shabbat. It took her a while to find it, but she gave it to me. Before Shabbat began I ran an errand and when I returned to the hotel, I noticed that I needed to use my key card to swipe in. (This is presumably for security, as the front desk is located on the rooftop and there is really nothing going on on the entrance level.) I returned to the front desk and asked the woman there how to enter the hotel on Shabbat and she said that since I couldn't swipe, I could ring the bell. As a Shabbat-observant Jew I can't use either the electric key card or the electric doorbell on Shabbat, and I told her that. She told me ”well then you'll just have to find someone to ring for you.” Shabbat-observant Jews also won't ask someone to do something on Shabbat that they can't do themselves, so I had to wait outside the hotel for a very long time upon returning on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, until someone else came along who was going inside. More generally, there were a couple of gross cleanliness moments. I found a huge cockroach in my shower one morning. I also came back one evening to find the bathmat neatly folded, but sitting in the sink, which was odd and kind of gross. Additionally, the water coming out of the shower smelled persistently sulfuric, which is weird given that Israel has great tap water. Finally, the blackout curtains in my room were stuck closed on one side, obstructing my view from the window and restricting the amount of light that comes into the room. Mid way through my stay, while I was trying to close the curtains on the other side, the dangling handle you use to move the curtain fell off. Rather than fixing it, the housekeeping staff just pushed it under the curtains, where it remained until the end of my stay. All in all, it wasn't a nightmare stay or anything like that. The location is good (though *loud*), and the rooftop pool/lounge is nice. Still, I will never stay here again, certainly not over Shabbat, and if you are a Shabbat observant Jew, you won't want to stay here either.

Stayed at The Savoy due to its great location by the beach and amazing reviews. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Informed them that I was there celebrating my birthday and we were treated to 2 bottles of champagne along with a plate of chocolates. They definitely went above and beyond with their guest services and it made our stay even more memorable and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and it’s rare to see a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which is an added bonus. And the view of the sea from the room is simply stunning. They even have a roof top area to chill and drink and the view from up there was amazing. Looking forward to our stay here again!

I was very, very comfortable throughout my stay the room included *fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove, mini fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlert washing up liquid, sponges, plates, bowls,cutlery * SmArt TV connects you to youtube, netflix etc *Modern shower and toilets. *Air con Overall I would highly recommend the stay, the room was cleaned to a very high standard and they restocked the toiletries. I was quite excited to try this new location. My preferred hotel, the Montefiore had no room on these days. I also had friends staying in one of the 6th floor suites, so I got a chance to check it out. Reservation - Painless - reserved one level below the suite. Supposedly a larger room. They were communicative over Whatsup and all seemed on rails. Check-in - A bit weird - the lone guy up front was busy checking out a problem customer and had zero backup. Took quite a while which sucked as I was in a hurry. Room - If that's their 'large' room there has got to be a better description. By all standards it is tiny. Furthermore, I have clearly asked during reservation and at check-n for a high floor less noisy room. Instead got shoved into a first floor above the entrance room which was super noisy. I am afraid to ask what the cheaper rooms look like. From the bed to the window, there are two feet at best. TV Hanging above a cluttered desk. Nice espresso machine but you only get pods once (not replaced every day). Amenities are quite spartan with the cleaning crew making sure you never get more soap until you have finished the open one. Same thing for pods, towels, water. Sorry, that is not how it should feel and a mark of a badly managed hotel. Other - There is a restaurant at the underground floor which is open to anybody and thus creates quite a traffic of people waiting outside the front door all evening long. Same space is used for breakfast, which was mediocre and expensive. While the area is a bit seedy (Alenbi), there are wonderful breakfast locations really close by that are totally worth it.. Not to mention the market itself.. The roof pool in a little wading pool. No views. No bar, no services. Overall - Pretentious for an experience that is way below average for the price. Low floors rooms facing the front are an impossible nightmare of cars honking, delivery trucks and people noise. I had a really bad sleep quality and was woken up early every day. There is also construction nearby. So avoid for a couple of years if you care about your sleep..

Sicuramente la manutenzione non esiste,negli alberghi ,per lo meno a 4 stelle a Tel Aviv.Diciamo che il calcare o le guarnizioni usate ,le macchie ,non gli appartengono!Un front Office che funziona malissimo con stagisti messi lì senza tutor o che ci sono e fanno altro,insomma i referenti non intervengono ad aiutare neanche quando un check in dura più di 30 minuti.Per no parlare della mia richiesta per una fattura ,un conto unico su due camere diverse ho passato li un’ora la prima volta,un’ora la seconda volta.Ancora a oggi dopo mie mail di richiesta piuttosto dire ,non ho avuto nulla.Insomma ostaggio delle loro incompetenze 😡

Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et quelle déception! Hier première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d’un bruit de moteur lié au fait que cette chambre se situe juste à côté de la piscine! Étant allée me plaindre dès le lendemain matin car réveillée avec ce même bruit de moteur tel celui d’un avion, on me propose de changer de chambre mais je dois quitter ma chambre actuelle a 10h!!!! Pour avoir la nouvelle chambre à 15h! Dédommagement de 15% sur la première nuit certainement pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi, surtout pour avoir payé une nuit a 480 euros! Je suis actuellement dans la nouvelle chambre et je peux constater la différence de literie, mon mari aussi! On a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois! Un lit deux places qui n en est pas un: deux jumeaux collés côte à côte et Même pas de surmatelas! Et la propreté de cette chambre laisse Clairement a désister! Bref une honte!
