We stayed at the Carlton Tel Aviv for three nights, starting straight after our wedding night in Netanya. Having told them it was our wedding when we originally booked, we turned up at 3am in our wedding outfits at the end of the night to check in, and found out we had been given an excellent room on the Royal floor (12th floor) with an incredible view of the Tel Aviv beachfront and Jaffa in the background. The hotel had even prepared, by our bedside, a bottle of fine champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses, along with a platter of freshly cut fruit for us to enjoy. Everything else about our stay was amazing - the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible breakfast - but what made us want to write this review was the small touches the hotel put in to make us feel special, be it the above or the multiple room cleans offered to us each day, the random knock at the door one afternoon with two small bottles of sun lotion with an “enjoy the sun, stay safe!” card, and the amazing smiles on waiters and waitresses’ faces at breakfast every day. One drawback - make sure the barmen downstairs are absolutely clear on what you ordered. We ordered two small beers and when they served us what later turned out to be the large beers, they only apologised but still charged us the same amount of money and expected us to tip them nonetheless. We were not refunded. That notwithstanding, we will definitely be coming here again.

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

Nice hostel I’ve been to in a while. Not a party place even with the disco ball in the main lobby. Most of the guests were local. The female dorm was pretty spacious considering it wasn’t packed. We had one bathroom and one toilet per dorm for 6 people. Sink is outside the bathroom and also inside the toilet so one can easily wash if needed. The location is great because it’s next to the Port and Marina, shop, restaurants, and nature. Staff also was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I was concerned about was the dust on my bunk bed as I was on the lower bunk and since I’m allergic I had a stuffy nose the next day but for my very short stay I didn’t mind at all. Will be sure to get the top bunk or a private room next time :)

My husband and I stayed at the Yam Hotel for 3 weeks in August. We chose the hotel for it's excellent room rates and its location, which was ideal. We spent many relaxing days at a nearby beach which was only two blocks away. The hotel was also very close to many excellent restaurants whose food we enjoyed a great deal. The hotel was also within walking distance of a central bus station which provided us with transportation to other cities in the greater Tel Aviv region. We intend to return to the Yam Hotel not just due to its rates and location but also due to its welcoming and attentive staff. Daniel and the rest of the staff were always available to answer questions, orient us to Tel Aviv's transportation system and provide us with recommendations for must see and must eat places. Our room was small but clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the bathroom's rainfall shower. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast which was not only delicious but also very healthy. Eggs were made to order, salads were plentiful and the lattes were excellent! We frequently partook of wine and hors d'oeuvres during the Yam's happy hour which was available to us when we returned from our daily outings. It was a truly wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to the Yam Hotel on our next trip to Tel Aviv.

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. The room was in a great location, just three blocks from the beach and in the heart of the Dizengoff area, which contains a ton of cute cafes and wine bars and shops! The room was also so much larger than expected, clean and spacious, with a little desk provided, and it had a useful kitchenette as well. The property manager was easy to arrange check in and check out with and they were kind enough to provide late check out so we could stay until we left for the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Jacob Samuel hotel was a great choice! we got a very nice welcome despite the late arrival at 2.30 in the morning ! my friend and I had separate rooms and the manager made sure we stayed on the same floor .the very first night I got a super small room and I was not so happy but after one day I changed to a very nice room -it was really very nice - the feeling of being in the middle of the buzzing city was great. the bar on the lower floor was very nice ,we had some great food and drinks -the bar keepers are good too. the Nespresso coffee in the morning helped me get started . I did struggle with the dashboard which controls the curtains and all lights I must admit. but the shower was fantastic- there is no guarantee , no matter in which category of hotel you stay -it was exceptional ! Yaniv - the front desk manager does a great job -he seems to work around the clock and never gets tired of helping one for example finding a taxi which could become a challenge sometimes in Tel Aviv . the location of the hotel is also great! its about a max. 10 minute walk to the Hilton Tel Aviv beach -so really perfect . so many restaurants and bars on Dizengoff are reachable within Minutes - Thank you Yaniv and Team !
