This is a great hotel! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern. I really loved the size of the TV. It’s located near a good-sized mall with a Starbucks, which was a lifesaver. What sold me was that this was the only hotel that actually transferred me to an English-speaking manager when I called. Being very customer service-minded, I’m pleased to say the staff at this hotel, from the managers to the front desk attendants, are very professional and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. If I ever get the chance to revisit Tianjin, I will definitely stay here again.

早餐不錯，房間設施相對來説比較陳舊，但相對來説還是比較舒適，所在房間窗户朝西，西曬很嚴重，房間不開窗户就像一個蒸籠，床都曬熱了發燙，空調開到十幾度才能讓房間温度降下來。網絡信號非常不好，手機信號是3G的還不滿格，Wi-Fi幾乎沒有信號，發個普通的七八個字的微信都要轉老半天，服務人員也解決不了問題。本來預訂了三天，不得不提前退房。前台服務服務態度非常好，一直在致歉，真心希望能改進一下酒店的局域網信號功能，希望下次再到五清還能繼續入住歡朋。

PPengguna Tetamu民宿位置很不錯～熱門景點和餐廳步行幾分鐘都可以到～周邊還有很多好吃的小吃，很適合帶小朋友來逛～衚衕裏拍照很出片～四合院的中式風格裝修真的很nice，鬧中取靜～一般住這樣的民宿最好的待遇就是遇上一個好老闆，果真不然，又是喝茶又是水果，體驗十分不錯～房間乾淨整潔，衞生方面超級滿意～

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us. The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included. I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

PPengguna Tetamu這次來真的是驚喜，先是被門頭大屏幕吸引的，這個酒店就在意式風情街，位置景無敵，看出來用心了，房間挺乾淨，且中途還換了房體驗，我的建議是和哥們一起來一定上下鋪，太有感覺了，大床適合小情侶，隔音也是一流。前台服務特別棒，也有機器人給送餐，問了一下一套設備好幾萬，早上來一套煎餅果子，完美😍唯一不足人流量大，停車得讓門口大爺給安排，不過大爺特別熱心，房間儘量提前定，經常性滿房，這次相當滿意👍

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama不得不誇下，首先是沒想到能離天津南站有那麼近，那麼舒服的酒店。聽經理説剛開店3天，設施非常乾淨，舒服。裝修非常的大氣。再説説服務，因為和朋友大晚上沒趕上高鐵，臨時定的酒店。其實已經精疲力盡，前台小姐姐非常的貼心，周到。加了我微信隨時聯繫她，給我們到店換了雙床房，還負責給我們看着外賣，用機器人給我們送上樓。第二天一早退房，中午才想起丟了什麼。微信小姐姐，小姐姐即可給我快遞到我的下一站。旅途能遇到那麼貼心的酒店，心情真的一下變太美麗了～～～

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
