We booked this place after reading few good reviews sidelining a couple of bad reviews but it turned out to be a nightmare for us. We went there with a small baby and were generally concerned about the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. We even called them multiple times beforehand to make sure they give us clean room. To our utter shock the room was very shabby and the washroom was very small, stinking and filthy. As we checked in late midnight apart from the watchman there was no staff present. We dint have a choice but to spend the night there. There was water leakage in the washroom. The washrooms and the rooms are nothing like the pictures posted by the resort. To top it all there were ants on the bed and there was no running hot water. They got us hot water in buckets. Food - Breakfast was very bad. Towels provided were dirty. The staff incharge of the food serving area did not care to take any additional requests. Kitchen staff were kind enough to help us with the baby food which was the only silver lining. The common area was also not maintained well. Overall it looked like the owner is running the place with a bunch of locals who do not have any knowledge about hospitality. I would definitely not recommend this place. If you are looking for decent place to stay in and around Udumalpet this is not the place for you. The town has a couple of new decent places at almost the same / lesser price than this one.

Great stay with authentic village food... friendly staffs make us very comfortable during the stay....the rooms were very clean and tidy... well maintained garden and the stay was very refreshing.... enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure

Felt cheated, payed ₹7000/- for a room. They did not have a place to park the car. The car was parked in the main road. The bathroom had hard water stains, room was very narrow and basic. The pathways were unpaved and shabby. On the whole the place is shabby not at all worth the money paid. Though the breakfast was free we left without eating, looking at the trash in front of the kitchen.. I don’t want any discount but please check out the place before you list it.

It is really terrible to stay there. Very small place not even a fifty cents. No parking in the resort. Can't even park two wheeler. Must park in road side. Food quality is horrible. It is simply like lodge. Depth of the swimming pool is 5 feet, no can play. Full day water is coming out of the air conditioner, it is flowing in front of the room. No any other activities. Waste of money. No response from staff. I never ever recommend to any one.

Not maintained well, stay is average and not bad. For this price we could easily afforded 4 star hotels but this is too high for this hotel.

A lovely place to visit with your family, especially if you have children. The welcome drink moved me. Very friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Accommodation in a scenic setting with attentive service. The food was delicious, thanks to the excellent chef. "

The atmosphere is fantastic. To get the most out of your visit, go in the evening. This is a great place for kids. They also have party halls and are the best place for a quick weekend getaway because they have rooms and a swimming pool! "

Clean and neat resort with lot of greenery and flowering plants which makes the ambience very comfortable... the kids enjoyed the animal artifacts.. the swimming pool was very clean and it was fresh water and chemical free... the food was very tasty and staffs were very friendly.. felt like home

It was a fantastic adventure. The service was excellent. The food is delicious. The safety of a family stay is excellent. The service staff's demeanour was outstanding. The rooms and the building's construction are excellent. They had a small property, but they made the most of it.
