Hotel Pantai di Tokyo

Stayed here for a night. Amenities room’s really good. Staff are very friendly too. One thing I did not like are the automated check-in kiosks. when I needed questions about breakfast or check-out information, I had to hail for a staff who is also busy at other kiosks. Not sure if this is the right direction HOTEL EXCEL should be taking in terms of service. I must say that their breakfast situation was a pleasant surprise because I truly enjoyed the food selection. Recommend getting their breakfast. Overall, this hotel met my all my needs. Will not hesitate to stay here for a night again in the future if my itinerary requires it.

A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

Saya menggunakannya dengan rakan untuk menginap selama Minggu Emas. Kami telah mengambil langkah-langkah menyeluruh untuk melawan jangkitan, dan kami dapat menggunakannya dengan yakin. Saya menggunakan spa pertapaan setelah mendaftar keluar, tetapi mandi jet luaran Saya menghadap Tokyo Tower of Rainbow Bridge dan membuatkan saya lupa akan keletihan Corona. Krew hotel sangat sopan dan saya ingin terus menggunakannya semasa menginap di hotel.

Walaupun semasa wabak, ketika saya mendaftar masuk, saya diberikan bilik dengan pemandangan teluk yang sangat buruk. Saya menukarnya atas permintaan saya. Perbezaan antara keduanya sangat jauh. Malah, kadar penghunian tidak tinggi dan keselesaan tetamu disediakan secara langsung. Mengapa tidak mengambil bilik anda? Yang kedua ialah wifi bilik sebenarnya perlu dicas. Perasaan ini sangat teruk. Kini terdapat terlalu banyak telefon bimbit dan komputer iPad yang perlu mengakses Internet. Hotel besar seperti itu masih menyusahkan. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat kemalangan selepas daftar masuk, dan anda perlu mendaftar keluar awal. Hotel ini dibatalkan secara percuma selepas memahami keadaan. Ini sangat bersimpati kepada tetamu. Saya mahu kembali ke Conrad selepas perkara itu diselesaikan. Pemandangan teluk memang cantik, tetapi saya tidak boleh. Terlalu menyusahkan untuk pergi terus ke Internet, dan saya sedang bergelut

The location is not the best unless you are working for the exhibition over night and need a place to stay over. It is quite good for a tourist, but it nevertheless quite a refreshing experience. The place is is described; and the price is lower. I would say you get what you pay for. It is fair and it is a trade off.

去年十一月份，來東京的時候，也是住在東京灣的另一外一家五星級酒店，因為該酒店隔了幾個月到三月已經漲了一倍，面彩虹橋幾乎人民幣3000多，因此選擇在隔壁的這一家酒店住日式面海房一星期，我們三人平均每晚約一千六人民幣。這也說明這個地點離竹芝地鐵走路3分鐘。坐兩站就到達新橋銀座，要到台場或者豐州市場也只要做幾站就可以。對面的辦公樓有不少的餐廳開到晚上11點。因為是櫻花季，所以去幾個賞櫻景點也都很方便走路到J R線大約十分鐘。

Location is very strategic especially if you are flying into Haneda Airport. Less than 20min via Keiyu Bus. Unfortunately during booking there is only smoking room available. The complimentary in room air freshener is useless. As Aeon Style is just 2min walk from Ba*****t, we bought the smoker air freshener which we let the indoor air blower to assist (refer photo) when we go out to visit the city. Then only our room feels better than before

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

With laundry and very good and big room. Also very convenient. The restaurant below the hotel is brand new and food good. Well deco too
