Great new hotel: very clean and full of Japanese setting. Location, it's a bit far away to walk about 800 meters. If you are staying in Tokyo with more than one hotel, then do this in the beginning. Coz it's a bit far from Asakusa Line (A)to Narita airport with the 500 meter walk to Ab2 lift. Dormy inn brand: free noodle, ice cream bars, and Yakult drink where the highlight in addition, staff are 👍

Though is a bit far from the station, there are some restaurants with various choices nearby. Free noodles provided at night and can be enjoy hotpot.

Located at asakusa which is near to the most popular area in tokyo, the onsen and restaurant of the hotel is perfect and the breakfast is all you can eat and the quality is super high

Nice and decent experience living in this hotel with a high quality breakfast and onsen! The room is spacious - I live on my own but booked a room for 2 people. After enjoying the onsen, you could also grab some free ice pops with comic books and free massage chairs. Also you can have free ramen from 21:30 to 23:00!

We stayed in Onyado onsen hotels in Kyoto and Osaka before and the service here is the worst!! We arrived at 6am in the morning and understand that the check in time is at 3pm. At 1:45pm, we checked with the hotel and see if we can check in slightly earlier if the room is ready, we were charged $2000 yen for checking in an hour earlier :( Additionally, the check in counter staff was not polite and did not feel welcomed. Not sure if it’s because of over tourism in Tokyo but it’s just disappointing. Everything else is great except the attitude of the front desk service staff. Booked this one because it’s new and the rating is higher but should have stayed in another onyado hotel (10m away).

Very good hotel, with excellent environment and so close to the restaurants, but no car parking, cost so expensive to park nearby! And the free noodles are not bad but not so good.

Location was good because it was near many restaurants, and also very near the senso-ji temple. Was very clean and space was better as compared to some other hotels in the city.

New and clean, with lots of free food and service provided. Excellent service and hot spring. Perfect for family.
