Check-In and Service: Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with transportation. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. I had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels. Facilities: The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Dining: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a wide selection of hot dishes were all available. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and the meal was delicious, with impeccable service.

Hotel was clean, well located, had decent english speaking ability, would definitely rebook if im visiting tokyo again.

Easy to reach from Narita with the express bus. Great price and a wonderful stay. 3 minutes to the Kasai Station. Huge room and a wonderful breakfast. Restaurant is opened till 10pm for drinks and can be used to warm up food for meals. Great gathering place for friends and families. Although a little far, I initially book it because it has a direct bus to Disneyland.

Front desk not friendly. Many request cannot be done and not able to give much help. Many time I got answer was 'cannot'. Breakfast is very simple and not so good. 

Very good location specially if going with family to visit Disneyland. Lot of food options and train station is nearby. Room size is very small, we could not open our luggage bags.

Good locations if want to go Disneyland, direct bus to Disney. Near subway, so easy to get around. But to Shinjuku and Shibuya may take 40 mins. Overall not too bad. But they only allow luggage storage for same day. So need to find alternative storage

Good location if heading to Disneyland & Disneysea by bus at just outside the hotel. Free drinks & one hour of alcoholic drinks per day are a very good bargain. Room is a bit small. Shower pressure is good. Beds are comfortable but pillow is too thin.

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfy but the pillow is too hard. Just 3 minutes walk to the station. Aeon store and restaurants are nearby. The hotel buffet breakfast charges 1100 yen but limited selection.

Love their amenities. Perfect location! So many nearby convenient stores and restaurants. 2-3 min walk from train or bus station.

Clean hotel with good location. Offer free drinks in the afternoon.

The first time I went to check in and asked about parking I asked the receptionist to say it again because I didn't understand the Japanese language well and she didn't know what to do. Even though my children understand Japanese well, they didn't quite understand what the receptionist said. However, after parking and returning to check in again, a male receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he even spoke in English and that helped a lot. Apart from the dislike of the female receptionist, I highly recommend this hotel for both convenience and location.

The location is very accessible to metro train. The room is very clean. There is also unlimited coffee and drinks in cafeteria. Breakfast is also good. The staff are very accomodating and can speak english. I have a great stay in this hotel.

First time in japan and first accomodation. Everything was above and beyond what we were expecting. Japanese service is truly top tier.
