Ulasan Aoca Sanno Apartment of Contemporary Art

The apartment is 10 mins walk away from the JR station, and inside a quiet street, next to the railway trail. It's quite noisy, and you will hear the sound from the train all day round, every few minutes. Not ideal for people sensitive to noise. The room itself is ok, nicely decorated, size is small as usual. Overall an average stay.

Not so close to downtown, however it is convenient to stay between Haneda Airport and downtown with a train line around 10 minutes walking distance. We arrived there around 1am, the self checkin was ok, however the room was not cleaned, actually it was dirty. I was able to communicate in english via whatsapp with the manager, what was helpful. He managed to book 1 night in another hotel to my family and he paid the taxi and that hotel night... next day our room was cleaned around 12 o'clock. We were not able to have a good rest after a long trip, but the issue was solved. The room size is ok for a family of 3 adults or family of 4 people (2 adults/2 children). The premises seems to be newly constructed, but not so clean even after the cleaning services.

公寓式酒店離jr大森車站近，周邊是居民區很安靜，吃飯也很便利，酒店提供自助洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，去東京30分鐘，去新宿60分鐘。不足之處就是酒店入住時是無前台的，要自己在門口掃二維碼輸入酒店預訂單號確認後會收到門禁的密碼，進去後登錄酒店放在前台的電腦再次輸入酒店預訂單號辦理入住手續，過程其實很簡單但是不知道是什麼原因攜程給我的酒店確認單號是錯誤的，造成無法入住。最後電話來回折騰了一個小時才搞定，無語啊。

入住前，沒有說清楚如何入門，也沒有提供大門的PIN NUMBER，以致於進不去，幸好有房客下樓來，我們才能入門口辦理入住。 煎鍋很差已不能用，應該要換新的。比較沒有替房客著想。
