Ulasan JR-EAST HOTEL METS SHIBUYA

Hotel located at the New South Exit of Shibuya Metro, take exit on 3F of the Metro and walk to the end of the platform, and easy to get the Narita Express direct to airport.

Excellent location for it just takes around 20 metres from the exit gate of the New South Exit of the JR Shibuya Station to reach the hotel lift. Literally, you don't have to be under the weather to get back to the hotel. Yes, the New South Exit is at least 5 minutes walk on foot from Platform 3 and 4 of JR Shibuya Station, but nothing beats the direct connection to the hotel. Also, the Narita Express stops right at Platform 4, so it's a breeze getting to the hotel, especially if you have huge luggage to handle. There are escalators too, don't have to carry up any stairs. Room is decent sized and clean. Toilet is good too.

Good location near shopping center and mall, excellent service and cleanliness.

Everything is good about this hotel. It’s directly linked to one of the shibuya station exits. Not exactly near but very convenient. Also easy to walk to the shibuya scramble square via shibuya stream. One downside is that the hotel room is small but thats common for all hotels in Japan.

Very convenient as it is connected to Shibuya Station. It's also near most attractions. Also, the staff are very polite and accommodating. The breakfast has a good spread. We'll book again in the future. 😊

Good experiences The coin laundry best

Is near the JR station(around 8mins walk from hotel) There’s a lot of restaurants down stairs which seems local. The size is ok(compare to other Japan hotel). Bright and clean enough too Good for family trip

After a long flight, it is the hotel you want to stay at because it is directly above the train station. However, it is a little far to walk to the other train stations in Shibuya.

Right next to JR station and 5 mins to Shibuya sky. Lawson, McDonald, pharmacy within 1-5 mins walking distance.

Great location clean hotel highly recommended for single travellers and families

Recommended if you are rushing to take an early morning train, it’s very convenient. But this hotel is above the railway so you can definitely hear the trains sounds.
