My stay at the my stay hotel was not bad the room I had was very small and Every time you walk in the room it had a mold like smell however my stay was okay easy check in and easy check out

Stayed for 3 nights. Location was easy to find. Room is clean. Toilet and shower is clean with all the necessities needed. Breakfast is also good. Recommended!

Hotel with no coffee.. 👎no daily replenishments of dental kits. Water also for drinking.
Not typical Japanese hotel.. will not come back to tgia hotel.

Coffee is served at breakfast in the restaurant. Available to guests who have made a reservation for a plan that includes breakfast or who have purchased a breakfast ticket at the front desk.
The plan you have booked is the ECO plan. Cleaning will only be done once every 4 nights, but towels and amenities can be changed daily free of charge. I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reception staff lacked friendliness and did not greet guests with a smile, which made the check-in experience unwelcoming. The lobby was overcrowded with guest luggages, making it difficult to check in comfortably.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was below standard. I found hairs on the table on the first day, which was unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against selecting this hotel, especially during the holiday season.

Location was great. Hotel was nice. Double Standart Room was just pretty small for 2 people.

As usual, we had a good stay here. The hotel is well positioned and well staffed. Check in and check out are quick and questions are answered promptly. All staff have a good understanding of English and are able to help.
Rooms are comfortable and clean and the provisions in the room are great - apart from not offering a coffee! Fortunately, the 7-eleven downstairs is able to provide this easily. Rooms are small and one of you, if staying as a couple, will be positioned against the wall which is the reason for not giving a 5 on the rooms.

Rooms are very small hardly enough space to move around if you have 2 in a room . Be aware that there is a 500yen extra each night if you wish to have housekeeping services . The room I stayed in first night have a urine smell and it’s very disgusting I ask for a change of room not avail I have to upgrade myself to a bigger room and pay the extra

Overall was okay experience. The only thing that bothers is the laundry room. There are so many Chinese ********* or middle Eastern people make a mess after washing. Things like putting tissue inside the washing machine and taking off other people clothes without consent before the owner comes back to pick up their washed clothes.

Best hotel I have stayed during my trip in Japan. You can take elevators straight downstairs for 24/7 7-11 which was a life saver
