The two nearest subway stations are about a 10-minute walk away. In areas with the character "坂" (saka/slope), you can usually expect to walk uphill, and on the first day, dragging my luggage, it took a little while to get to the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing things. Breakfast was decent—fruit, bread, salad, rice, and a few hot dishes, enough to fill you up. The only thing that really bothered me was the bedding! There's no duvet cover; instead, there's just a sheet-like fabric placed underneath the duvet. The duvet itself isn't changed, and this 'barrier sheet' is only replaced every four days. In the middle of the night, this barrier sheet shifts, and your feet end up directly under the unwashed duvet. Eventually, your whole body ends up in this 'shared duvet,' haha. Waking up to that in the morning was a real nightmare. As for the pillows and pillowcases, I'm not sure if they're changed, but they were yellowed and smelled strongly of stale hair oil.

Subway access nearby is quite convenient. At approximately 15.6 sqm, the room felt noticeably more spacious compared to the typical 10 sqm rooms often found in other business hotels nearby. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of international guests. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on the 13th floor (300 JPY for a wash, 100 JPY for drying), though it tends to get quite busy in the evenings. There's a small gym on the third floor, which I considered a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, and the restaurant also serves lunch. My only minor complaint is that, despite being a non-smoking room, I could faintly detect a smoky smell on the bath towels and pillows.

I need to complain about the front desk staff who speak Chinese. Whether it was intentional or a work error, the hotel overcharged me twice. This level of incompetence makes me question the hotel's professionalism. I'm very upset.

Pretty good place to access the office town. Good breakfast~! Small desk in the room is the only one problem to me. :-)

Although the hotel staff was nice and welcoming, and even though the special requests were granted. The room was far too small for a double. The bed could barely fit two people, and that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I believe that if the bed had been bigger it would have been better.

I'd recommend this place. For around 1000 yen in central Tokyo, a 4-star hotel is pretty good. The room is small, but it has a separate sitting area and a proper hallway, so you can fully open your luggage. The facilities are a bit old but very clean. There's an openable window, so you can air out the room daily, and even better, the hotel has a really decent gym. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a new mall, plus drugstores. It's not what I'd call bustling, though. You'll need to take the subway. The two closest stations are both over a 5-minute walk away. It's close enough, but you can't say it's just a couple of steps.

Facility was nice. Staff was helpful. The only thing worth mentioning was that the room was a bit too small. They had three chairs in the room which felt unnecessary.
