The location is this hotel is great. Food can be found easily nearby.

Good location and service. Breakfast spread is limited and almost the same everyday. However, it can be improved.

There is also self service laundry in the hotel which was really convenient for those who packed lesser clothes and wants to wash during their stay.

This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station.

Amenities are not sufficient, no safe, no bottle water.

The largest room for our family of 5 was functional but cramped. Can’t expect much for a Tokyo hotel. Hotel was very generous with amenities from face mask, face serum, lotion and potion to comb, hair tie tea and coffee. Everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shopping too. One major negative was the Chinese cleaner. She barged into our room with her key card saying that she had to go off work and must clean our room! She proceeded to clean our toilet while we were inside the room trying to get ready. Very unhappy with this customer service.

Very nice hotel. Easy to get to from the airport and close to a number of metro stations. The staff were very nice and it’s a clean simple room. Lots of places to eat at around as well.

Location Near to kinshicho station , exit south from station walk to hotel , 8-10 mins walk . Room size reasonable . Clean and new hotel . Like the breakfast , simple choice but good enough .

Location is near train/metro station with lots of restaurants and shopping malls around. Staff were very hospitable. Although we booked a smoking room, they were able to provide us a non-smoking room with the condition that we may have to switch to smoking room few days later if booking becomes full. Grateful that we didn’t need to. Breakfast buffet was okay; could be better if the choices were rotated/changed more frequently. Spouse and son loved the availability of soft drinks. There’s an ice machine and a microwave in the 2nd floor across the breakfast buffet restaurant along with couple of vending machines. Love the different bathroom amenities/toiletries available at the lobby especially the make-up remover, face wash, face mask and serum for me and bath bombs/additives for my son. Although we booked a full room, it was spacious enough for the three of us with 3 large suitcases and a carry-on size. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this stay if you don’t mind traveling to other areas in Tokyo. Convenience store is just a less than 5mins walk away from hotel and the room was really clean and super spacious with a 2 piece toilet/bathroom.
