Hotel berhampiran Hyogojima Park, Tokyo

It is one of the best that I personally recommend in the center of Tokyo! Rooms are clean and spacious! Prices are reasonable. It is almost forty minutes away from Haneda International Airport! Usually rooms of the hotels in Japan are not that big but here is an exception so I really recommend you stay here !

綺麗な部屋でした。駅から歩くしかなく15分近くかかります。案内では7分とありますがかなり早足の人ですね。 料金はホテルの提示は6,800円だったのにクレジット引き落としは7,100円。チェックアウト時に「クレジット払込が7,100円ですが」と言ったら「実際引き落としは6,800円になります」と言われた。 でも、実際7,100円引き落としはされた。 どうなってんの300円！！！

Tinggal selama 13 hari sebagai pasangan kerana keperluan di Kanto. Bilik mengambil kembar. Saya lupa nama bilik. Itu adalah bilik di tingkat 4. Ruangan itu lebih besar daripada yang saya bayangkan, dan bilik itu dibersihkan dan selesa. Sangat senang bagi saya kerana saya tidak perlu menggunakan kad setiap kali kunci adalah PIN. Sabun di dalam bilik mempunyai aroma yang bagus. Saya sudah lama tidak berada di mata air panas, jadi saya dapat berehat dan menyegarkan diri di tempat mandi air panas. Saya bersyukur kerana dapat memeriksa status kesesakan mata air panas dan dobi duit syiling di terminal tablet di dalam bilik. Saya dapat berehat di bilik mandi umum yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kekosongan. Sayang sekali bahawa sarapan adalah kotak makan tengah hari kerana pengaruh Corona. Ketika saya bertanya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu mengenai sarapan pagi, saya bersyukur kerana saya dapat mempertimbangkan pilihan lain sekiranya ada penjelasan bahawa itu adalah kotak makan tengah hari. Saya akan menggunakannya lagi ketika saya dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Kanto.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

Saya menempah Hotel Washington kerana ia berhampiran Stesen Shinjuku. Terdapat juga Hotel Shinjuku Washington ”Annex”, tetapi ia bukanlah hotel dengan pemandangan Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo, jadi jangan keliru! Seperti yang dikatakan oleh ulasan, tingkapnya sangat kecil,,, dan biliknya juga kecil. Jadi, saya sengaja memilih bilik berkembar, yang sekurang-kurangnya sebesar mungkin. Saiz tingkapnya kecil, tetapi terdapat dua tingkap! Adakah mungkin untuk bergerak walaupun dengan dua beg pakaian terbuka? Sangat mengecewakan kerana tingkapnya kecil dan tidak terbuka. Melihat kepada saiz bilik, saya rasa lebih baik untuk memilih bilik yang besar. Kalis bunyi tidak bagus, jadi saya dapat mendengar sedikit bunyi dengkuran dari bilik sebelah. Jika anda mempunyai kulit sensitif, sila bawa penyumbat telinga di lobi di tingkat satu. Namun, saya amat berpuas hati dengan pemandangan bersih Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo.,,,, Saya mengesyorkannya!!!!

For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a little more😬

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Excellent & Convenient location to the exhibition hall....clean room, good breakfast buffet, nice selection of food...friendly staff...easy access to other restaurants & convenient store too...

The hotel lobby is huge, the location is convenient to access to Queen's plaza. The room is nice and neat. Excellent services ! We like to return again. Its a good value hotel.
