Comfortable stay and location is great. Easy access to Shinjuku and several hot spot in Tokyo. Room facilities are very convenient. Recommended ❤️

Saya menempah Hotel Washington kerana ia berhampiran Stesen Shinjuku. Terdapat juga Hotel Shinjuku Washington ”Annex”, tetapi ia bukanlah hotel dengan pemandangan Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo, jadi jangan keliru! Seperti yang dikatakan oleh ulasan, tingkapnya sangat kecil,,, dan biliknya juga kecil. Jadi, saya sengaja memilih bilik berkembar, yang sekurang-kurangnya sebesar mungkin. Saiz tingkapnya kecil, tetapi terdapat dua tingkap! Adakah mungkin untuk bergerak walaupun dengan dua beg pakaian terbuka? Sangat mengecewakan kerana tingkapnya kecil dan tidak terbuka. Melihat kepada saiz bilik, saya rasa lebih baik untuk memilih bilik yang besar. Kalis bunyi tidak bagus, jadi saya dapat mendengar sedikit bunyi dengkuran dari bilik sebelah. Jika anda mempunyai kulit sensitif, sila bawa penyumbat telinga di lobi di tingkat satu. Namun, saya amat berpuas hati dengan pemandangan bersih Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo.,,,, Saya mengesyorkannya!!!!

Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

Terdapat tuala basah yang tersisa di almari. Semasa saya menelefon, saya dapat menukar bilik dengan segera walaupun sudah tengah malam. Saya rasa perkhidmatannya baik secara keseluruhan, tetapi mungkin ada perbezaan individu dalam kakitangan. (Seperti mana-mana hotel) Seperti yang dijangkakan, kakitangan di lounge akan menjawab pelbagai permintaan dengan senyuman. Saya sentiasa bersyukur.

A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

找到這家酒店也算是紅薯的功勞吧。說實話我很討厭網紅酒店，而紅薯上八成都是。但是這家真的沒讓我失望。 首先，位置極佳。在東京無論你選擇新宿澀谷還是銀座，都不是做為中心的區域。銀座在東新宿在西，這兩者之間互相交通可能就要半小時。然而，這個神奇的紀尾町，就在皇居的西邊一點點，算是整個東京都的正中心左右，而且不完全統計應該有四到五條地鐵線通過，距離兩個地鐵站都是很近的，所以，從這裏無論去哪兒，幾乎都可以在不換乘的情況下20分鐘搞定。至少可以直達銀座，六本木，原宿，澀谷，新宿，上野，淺草。甚至像中目黑，神樂坂，飯田橋這類的地方也都毫無壓力。 其次，這個地方真的安靜美好。你去過夜晚的新宿和澀谷就知道了。不管是周一還是周六，那叫一個人多… 真的是看着頭疼。這地方早上起來就可以步行到旁邊的皇居，你會看到周末東京幾乎所有的馬拉松跑者都在繞着皇居跑圈，這個景象叫一個壯觀。有點像上海世紀公園但是絕對是高配版，皇居一圈也差不多5K，但是這一圈的景色真的美極了。你可以途經千鳥淵，皇居東御苑，皇居外苑，日比谷公園。幾乎個個是櫻花季的賞櫻聖地。真的羡慕東京的跑者，周末早上皇居一圈除了跑步的幾乎沒有什麼車和吵鬧的人，這景象讓人心生喜悅。 第三，神奇的是，距離酒店一河之隔的赤坂，是東京美食圈的激戰之地，夜晚很熱鬧，好吃的地方實在太多，而且絕對不像澀谷那種幾乎除了松屋你找不到不排隊的飯店。這裏還是有walk in 能吃到一頓不錯晚飯的可能性的，至少工作日有機會。所以吃飯也不是問題。 第四，酒店本身：checkin在36層，酒店從30-36層。35有個酒吧夜晚就可以看到窗外東京塔。房間都是落地窗，風景都很好，酒店看不到東京塔… 比如我住的房間，是衝著西邊的。夜晚的夜景也很美。而且早上起來，天氣很好的時候，運氣不錯的話可以看到富士山白色的雪頂。一點點。但是簡直就是一個巨大的驚喜。見圖片。 第五早餐大家都提了，很好吃。當然我覺得日本酒店早餐都是不錯的，我住的這幾家有幾百一晚的，也有幾千一晚的，早餐我都很滿意。 第六 - 房間設施。我覺得無可挑剔。淋浴房和床一直是我比較關心的。首先淋浴間的門向裏推開，這就已經95分了。我很少見到這麼寬敞的淋浴間。雖然我不在乎備品的牌子。但是Byredo的Chemin味道還是讓我喜歡，現在所有酒店都是白茶白苔路線，太無聊了。床就不用說了，大到誇張… 2.2m吧應該有。兩個大人加一個1.2米以內的孩子一起睡毫無壓力。我自己一個人每晚衹能睡大概1/4的地方。而且落地窗下麪也有一個飄窗上麪可以睡個人… 如果孩子太大睡象不好，可以讓她去那裡睡？不知道酒店加被子要不要收錢。還有哦很多房間的細節就不一一展開了。房間也很大。我覺得，這個酒店，在櫻花季3000多的價格絕對是值得的。東京18平酒店櫻花季都要1000多了。

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!

Ini adalah penginapan yang baik. Satu-satunya aduan ialah tandas lobi agak tidak bersih dan sentiasa menunggu lama untuk lif. Juga permaidani bilik ditutupi dengan lint balla tetapi sebaliknya ia adalah bilik yang bersih. Katilnya selesa. Pemandangan dari bilik itu bagus. Lokasi sangat bagus. Pilihan pada bufet sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai dan sedap.

Hotel ini mestilah hotel bertaraf bintang lama dengan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan dalam talian. Bilik ini agak besar untuk hotel Jepun. Ia mempunyai ruang yang berasingan untuk meja solek dan bilik jubah, yang sangat bagus. Lokasi hotel bukanlah yang paling dekat dengan kawasan perniagaan, tetapi ia tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan Jika anda membeli sesuatu di Keio Depar**ent Store, anda boleh menghantarnya ke hotel (dari apa yang tetamu lain katakan ). Terdapat dua kedai serbaneka dalam jarak tiga minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan dan minuman. Bas lapangan terbang terus ke pintu hotel, yang bagus untuk saya yang sedikit keliru selepas turun dari pesawat.

Perfect! Booked for a very cheap price and yet the quality of the room is superb. The room is just enough for two, but hey, we are not in tokyo to stay in the hotel but rather roam around the city. This hotel is just so perfect for tourist like us. Very near Kameido station (JR Line) that connects you all Kanto Region! I wont hesitate to book one more time again in this hotel. Sheets are crisp white, bathroom spotless and very helpful staff.
