酒店工作人員服務熱情，管家提前加聯繫方式，包括怎麼過來，下一站去哪，景區攻略都給的十分到位。到店免費幫忙升級了房間，住的很舒服，超乎想象的美，尤其那個亭院還有早餐的室外小院，二樓亭子的景觀都特別愜意，因為腳磨破了，前台小美女還幫忙提供了創可貼，房間設施齊全，也很乾凈，沒有任何水漬，能感覺到所有工作人員的用心服務，推薦入住！是西塘旅行的昇華之處，非常慶幸自己選擇了這家酒店，性價比很高！另外再説一下西塘這個景區，之前看攻略有人説可以晚點或者早點進入就不需要門票，但我還想着挺不容易去一趟，別差那兩張門票了，哈哈哈，幸虧酒店幫忙買便宜，不貴的。建議過來玩的也可以考慮免費時間段進去省錢了，應該是淡季的原因人不多，玩的很舒服！
