Kami bersenang-senang. Terdapat beberapa butiran kecil yang dapat menggunakan peningkatan. Kami mengambil sedikit masa untuk mengetahui bahawa untuk menyalurkan jakuzi, kami mesti mengeluarkan penutup longkang secara fizikal kerana ia tidak bersambung dengan tongkat itu di atas keran. Ruangan itu agak gelap, dengan lampu masuk tidak berfungsi, dan tidak ada lampu periuk dan hanya lampu, salah satunya mempunyai 2 lampu dengan cahaya yang berbeza. Beberapa botol air juga bagus. Walaupun ia bebas rokok, lorong itu berbau seperti asap. Tetapi secara keseluruhan sangat berbaloi untuk harganya.

Came here for a hockey tournament. Hotel is nice , rooms are nice .. ample parking, easy access to surrounding areas… But then everything else with this property is GARBAGE.. breakfast is worthy of young street peddlers .. pool is OVER dosed with chlorine.. no towels available.. I respect the rules and regulations of the hotel…. But. You can not expect to host MULTIPLE hockey teams from all over the region and not be accommodating to their needs/ requests. I understand you have no liquor license, but that does does not mean that alcohol cannot be consumed in your hotel . Also, if you wish to enforce your “policy” then be consistent. Don’t pick and choose which floors/ areas you’re going to enforce. Your” security guard “ is an absolute joke and needs to find another job. I’m not writing this review out of spite, but more out of respect for future guests that need to know that they are not booking a room for your needs , it’s just for your $$$ . The front desk staff is very robotic ( they’re doing just what they’re told ) and will not accommodate anything. Very disappointing experience

Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport was a very nice stay. The hotel room including the bathroom and kitchenette area was extremely clean and spotless. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious with fresh ingredients and an omelette bar. We were really pleased with our experience at this hotel and we plan to stay here again.

The reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.

I was a little worried about this hotel, being right next to the airport, but it wasn't a problem at all. I could hear planes when I was outside, but didn't hear a thing in the room. The weekend I was here there was a hockey tournament for 10-year-olds, which seems to be a common occurrence. The kids ran rather wild in the public areas, but they were very quiet starting at about 10pm. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good, self-service buffet style. Beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms are suites. My room was extremely clean and well appointed. I am pretty picky, and didn't have any concerns at all. If I am in Toronto again I will definitely stay here! Oh, yeah. There is a restaurant called Scaddabush within walking distance that is absolutely excellent.

Location, location, location! We come from USA. We had a very happy stay in this Hotel. Downstair is a Subway station, Parking Lot and Walkway to a big Supmarket! Room price and Parking price are resonable. Room is very clean and has a good view. Front desk is very polite and efficient. We will come back for sure.
