The hotel room was nice, however there seemed to be a lot of empty space. Could have used a small sofa or a couple of comfy chairs. TV was good, but the automated voice was very annoying every time you wanted to change channels.

The hotel staff were friendly, fast and efficient and the rooms were super clean. I highly recommended and will return in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights for the Excision: Nexus Tour. Rooms were very nice. No microwave in my Queen room, I beleive suites do have microwaves. Step in showers. Room-to-room noise was no issue. Free parking. Lots of walking for sure. The pool & surround area are still under constructions. Quite a few food options. Had the noodle bowl place & the pizza. Good portion sizes. Prices seemed at par with any restuarants near by of their caliber. Liked that there is a floor that takes you from the hotel tower directly to the theatre, you did not have to cross the ******** floor. The Theatre is an immaculate facility. Bathrooms on every level. Alochol sales on every level. Cashless payments only. Prices are at par with any large venue like this, don't expect your local bars prices. Water refill station was a huge bonus. I can not comment on the ******** floor as I did not gamble. I would visit this venue again for a concert & hope to see more with the future.

The hotel is not clearly marked. Make sure you use the correct entrance (not ****** entrance) if you have limited mobility. There is a food court in the ****** that stays open late. Pizza, chicken, burgers and Tim Hortons. The rooms have a coffee maker, fridge.it is a new building so everything is clean. The gym does not have windows. It feels rather isolated. No towels. And at the time of my visit, no paper towels to use to sanitize equipment. (Staff were notified that dispenser was empty)

It's a little hard to get from the parking to the hotel, a long walk with a lot of bags but the rooms were big, the view was nice, the place was clean overall so it will be a great place once all the amenities are completed I would stay here again just not when an event that would have a rambunctious crowd is happening. The staff was really excellent, great customer service

Excellent room, very clean and nice, comfortable beds. Resort was very convenient with the ****** and dining options.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the raceway view. Everything was amazing. Very quiet rooms. Alona Lee who checked us in was extremely helpful and so pleasant and knowledgeable to speak with. Gave us advice on services available.

Clean and very good condition, the only problem is how to get the place because the google maps has not updated yet other then that is 10/10

Third time we’ve stayed here. Parking is great. Check in was slow, only one person on the desk. Was two, but when we arrived in line the 2nd person left instead of checking us in. ****** restaurants were busy at 8pm with lineups. Slow service. ****** machine ate my $100 bill and it was extremely frustrating to find someone to help. Eventually I compelled a young man to stop and help, who was clearly irritated, who partially removed the bill with a pen enough for me to pull it out myself as he hurried off. Stayed on the 7th floor. Lots of noise in the hallway though out the night. We may stay again if using the airport but overall it’s not a great experience. Also, every area of this hotel, including the ******, is lit up brightly with flourescent lights. Leads to a cold, impersonal, experience. We did not feel welcomed or any kind of customer appreciation.

No parking. Parking shared with theater. When you check, housekeeping are using half a toilet roll not a new one. Disgusting.
