Livermead House Hotel

My Mum and her mate stayed here for four nights. No hot water throughout the entire stay and beds hard as rock. When mum complained manager gave sob story that hotel was loosing money! Conning OAP's with a sob story is not good enough. The only thing that was good was the food. Don't stay here. Manager more than welcome to contact me as gave my poor old mum excuses!!!! Sad, tired hotel and poor excuse of a manager!

We only stayed the one night and had a fabulous experience. Very welcoming,friendly staff , who couldn't do enough for us. Room was very clean and tidy, had all the amenities that we would need. We were lucky to pick the night they had entertainment, which was great too, the lady singer was very good indeed and catered for all ages. We would have stayed another night, but due to the change in weather we didn't this time. However we would definitely book again in the future. So a big thumbs up from us and we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for making it all so lovely too

Despite its official three-star rating, the hotel far exceeds expectations with a level of service and comfort typically associated with higher-tier establishments. I am a tour guide who arrived here with 16 tourists. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by attentive and caring staff. The hotel staff is dressed in elegant uniforms and demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. They don’t just fulfill your requests but do so with ease and joy, showing a high degree of expertise in hospitality. The politeness and willingness to meet any need — from opening an extra window to providing fresh towels without disturbing your privacy — make the stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. What a fabulous experience. The Livermead Hotel catered a very special occasion for us today, and did so with such amazing hosting and generosity of spirit, it was just wonderful. The manager and staff treated us like royalty and truly went above and beyond in every way. Thank you!

Spent 4 nights at this hotel, from the moment we arrived till we left we were made extremely welcome.. the staff are amazing, and the food is wonderful, admittedly the hotel is old and could use some updating in places, but the service makes you overlook this... can't praise the food and service enough.. would recommend.

The Riviera Royals celebrated their 17th birthday at the Livermead House Hotel on 6th June. Such wonderful service and the food was perfect as well as the full silver service, such a treat. The Hotel Staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome.
