Je suis choqué de cet hôtel. Comme j’étais de passage à malaga pour prendre l avion je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel dont y’a rien qui m’a plu en terme de service

Had a holiday last year to this hotel. Was a bit busy with children even though it was school holiday. Food was OK, room was pretty standard with a weird bathroom. Had to do a jump.almost to get to the loo. Entertainment was geared around children. Either had to sit outside or inside when there was minimal seating. Staff were a bit hit and miss worki g bit did t want a conversation. Had a nice massage at the on site beauty place. Went into Toremolinos a couple of times. The town is busy woth bars, food places and lively music. Shops were open late but a lot the same selling items. Beach area was nice and walk back to hotel was all up hill. Plenty of taxis and buses around though. Malaga was really lovely, Benalmedina, Granada was lovely. Tour buses are good to see the sites too. Stunning views when you get a bit further put. Need a car and they are a good price.

We spent a week all inclusive. I think for couples it would not be then most ideal. Advantages: Rooms were very clean. And staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was well kited out and relaxing Disadvantages: food was repetitive that we would eat out instead as it became sickening. If you don't like fish (like us) then your options are limited If you say on the 2nd floor, it is very loud. Our room was above the bar, so the entertainment felt like it was in our room rather than downstairs. Also very close to the main road so you hear everything. The only positive about this, after requesting a room change to a possibly higher floor, staff for more than willing to accommodate. This made the stay more relaxing (especially as the room was slightly bigger and more like the pictures) Overall I don't think we would go back, however it was close to the town and shops

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The facilities are very good and the rooms are lovely and I always have a good nights sleep. We are always excited to get up and get to the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is a bit further from the beach and centre than I would have liked. However it was such a lovely place to stay I would definitely consider it again. There is a free shuttle bus from just outside the hotel and also the 110 normal bus which goes from Malaga right along to Benalmadena and beyond! Only 1 euro 70 to go to Malaga. Apparently you can buy a card in the tobacco shop which reduces this to 40 cents but I didn’t try that. Hotel is very clean. Food is really nice , far better than the usual buffet food with free wine, beer water, soft drinks. A good selection with special food for the children which adults could also have! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Entertainment started at 10pm, a bit late for us but… there is a Ranchito 12 minutes walk away where there is a horse and flamenco show on Wednesdays. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love it here! Clean and welcoming, staff are so friendly, the entertainment team are fantastic and as always Imed is a gem!! The hotel has started to upgrade parts of the hotel which is great. Food was different everyday with plenty of choice, lots of different fruits available, salad, grilled meat and fish daily, different options on the children's section always something to eat, some of the salad was a bit rough looking but I live in Manchester and the lettuce in the supermarkets is like that I think it's more an issue everywhere rather than the hotel in my opinion. Rooms are two singles pushed together but I'm here for it, it's so hot I like my own space but still able to cuddle when we wanted to! Honestly I really can't find anything to complain about, it's a great price and easily enjoyable holiday, already booked with the family to return in September and looking forward to seeing what's new for the summer season! Keep up the great work ❤️ couple aged 38/55

We stayed here for a week as a family of 3. We were very happy with our stay. Rooms very very clean had maid service every day clean towels and beds made floors cleaned also. We didn’t really eat very much at the hotel (we were half board) as personal choice we didn’t really like what was on offer. It was a buffet but we knew this before we went. But there is always something to suit everyone. Location was nice and quiet are back a bit from the promenade and shops but 20 min walk to shops and 30ish min walk to the promenade. We had a 2 year old with us and we walked everyday up and down.
