Wonderful hotel tucked in downtown Toulouse. Staff is professional, courteous and attentive. Rooms are great and spacious, bathrooms are even nicer. Modern, spacious and very well maintained. It is a hidden gem with a Michelin star restaurant. Bar is wonderful. Hotel is great for anyone who wants discretion, quiet and quality stay.

El chico que estaba en recepción cuando llegamos fue amabilísimo. No habíamos podido avisar de que íbamos con un bebé, y nos consiguió la cuna en el momento. El estudio era como en las fotos. Sin grandes lujos, pero con todo lo necesario. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente para hacer turismo, a 5 minutos del Capitole. Pudimos aparcar en la calle de al lado esa noche y al día siguiente, lo metimos en el parking del hotel, más barato que los de alrededor. Hay café gratis durante todo el día, ya que en la cocina de la habitación, no había cafetera. Tiene un supermercado justo al lado para coger lo necesario si se quiere comer en el hotel.

Hotel très bien placé, Personnel aux petits soins pour vous . Juste un point négatif au petit déjeuner. Je demande des œufs brouillé ou au plat . La serveuse va demander en cuisine et la un cuisinier cri après elle . J'ai trouvé ça honteux . La pauvre serveuse y était pour rien. Il était 10h10 en sachant que les petits déjeuner s'arrête à 10h30 . Je me suis excusè auprès de la serveuse car à cause de moi , elle s'est faite disputer. On m'a quand même apporté 2 œufs au plat . Donc à revoir l'habitude de ce cuisinier car on l'entendait dans la salle .

We booked this hotel for a family break having carried out a lot of research on star rating, location and previous guest reviews. The rooms are clean, and of a good size (we had a double room on the 7th floor). Air con worked a treat which was soooh needed as Toulouse was sweltering during the day and evening. Bathroom was modern and clean and the room had a safe, fridge and coffee maker. We ate breakfast the first day here which was quite expensive at £25 pp but it was fab with such a lovely selection of food and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A 10 minute walk from the main squares but not a problem at all. Would I stay here again? Definitely a yes.

A welcoming and very well-located hotel, to which we would happily return. Our Premium room was quiet, light and airy, had attractive contemporary decor, a very comfortable bed and a modern shower-room. The staff are great. We had some problems making our reservation from the UK, and the staff were patient and understanding as we sorted it out. When we arrived they were friendly and very helpful, giving us useful suggestions for restaurants and places to see.

Une nuit pas plus ! - Un prix raisonnable pour un deux étoiles trouvé sur Booking.com - Un lit confortable. - une chambre à la décoration austère. - une SDB avec baignoire sans rideaux de douche et un réglage de la puissance du jet non pratique ( obligé de mettre une grande puissance pour activer le pommeau de douche, résultat ça éclabousse !) + l'eau qui s'évacue mal … - propreté douteuse… - l’écran de la télévision (aussi grande qu’une tablette ..) cassé, on ne pouvait voir l’intégralité de l’image une fois allumé. Pour dépanner d’une nuit pourquoi pas mais manque de confort. Décevant…

I only stayed one night after a chateau stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Amenities included hairdryer and soap but no shampoo. Otherwise everything I needed was there.

Hotel molto buono, posizione fantastica, a pochi minuti dalle mete centrali di Tolosa. a 2 minuti dal bus che proviene dall'aeroporto (costo 9 euro) e a 1 minuto sullo stesso marciapiede, per il bus verso l'aeroporto. L'hotel si trova presso la fermata della metropolitana Jeanne D'Arc e a nemmeno 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è il Mercato e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, non ho mai preso i mezzi pubblici. Staff gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa con doccia, pulita e con bella vista. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend in Toulouse. Booked direct through the hotel's own website with a competitive price. Location is excellent. Easy to get to from the airport using the T2 tram and then a change at Palais de Justice for the metro and then get off at Jean D'Arc and a few minutes walk. Well located for all the main sites. Le Capitole only an easy 10mins walk and the same for the train station the opposing direction. Gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and also helpful explaining that self service coffee, tea and water was always available in the reception area and that it was included in the price. This was very welcome for the mornings and when we got in in the evening after a day out. Room itself was small but had a generous and comfortable queen size bed though. Only one chair for the desk being a negative when there are two of you. One person had to sit on the bed! Bathroom in contrast was fairly spacious and not cramped compared to the main bedroom area. Everything seemed clean and modern. Good water pressure in shower and hot water always available. Room also had kettle and tea and coffee for when you didn't want to go back down to reception for drinks! Although the room was smaller than ideal, we enjoyed staying here for the facilities and location. if we returned to Toulouse, would certainly consider staying again. Can recommend.

Hotel Ours Blanc - Wilson is located in the center of Toulouse. It was our second stay there because of its central location. The room was clean and the breakfast provided was a typical breakfast- delicious with ample choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. All of our needs and concerns were taken care of. We definitely would stay there again.

I went for business for 2 nights to the Toulouse Best Western Hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the location very centric and the hotel was nice, the fact that made different our experience was the service delivered by Laura. She was always with a smile, being nice with every single client and very comprensive with every single situation. Sometimes in life, is not about the commodities and services, is more about the people and how they treat to you. Thank you Laura for everything!

Yes the hotel has a great location but many other hotels are close-by. As part of our criterias to chose a hotel in the summer months is the availability of Air Conditioned rooms. Which the hotel said they offered. What they failed to mention was that it would not go cooler than 76 F (24C). To be clear, during the day we are out and about and dont need AC but to sleep, we like for the room to be cooled down by a few more degrees than 76/24 (and to be frank, the AC being off all day, it took a while before it even hit that if it did.) Instead of writing a public review, we wrote directly to Ibis Group suggesting they specify on their listings that they have this limit only to receive a very rude answer from the hotel manager. So very disappointed on the AC and management's answer to our email.
