I stayed at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel 6/19/24 to 6/21/2024 in Towson, MD. This hotel is in a great location and walkable distance to several restaurants and the mall. Upon my arrival the front desk agents all greeted my husband and I, and provided us with complimentary bottles of water. The staff that I encountered seem friendly and was accommodating to remove the $15 a day charge for parking in the parking garage off my final invoice which was done immediately during my check out. Hotel: Hotel lobby and grounds are nicely maintained, the hallways were a little dim but clean. There is restaurant and Starbucks coffee shop on the premises. Microwave is available in the lobby in front of Starbucks coffee shop. The hotel has a free shuttle that only do transport jobs within 5 miles of hotel only. Anything over the 5 miles, they reccommend Jimmy's Cab Co., Uber or Lyft. The hotel has a pool, but didn't take advantage of using it due to time restraint. Room: Spacious was room, the bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft for my liking. Both the room & bathroom was clean. The room had a refrigerator. The light fixtures in the bathroom should be dusted after each guest stay. Overall it was a nice room. My only complaints are when a guest make a reservation for this hotel, their name should appear on the tv not someone elses. The last day when you depart, there isn't any name on the tv. The second complaint is when making the reservation the booking agent should advise all guests the exact amount that would be withheld for the incidental hold, which will total over the amount of the final room cost. The hold did come off my invoice 2-3 days after my departure if you used with a debit card. Do not use a PayPal card because the hold takes 30 days to come off. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and I plan on staying here again. Enjoy !
