Le Camere di Palazzo Bortolan

We spent 4 nights here and were very pleased with the accommodation. The palazzo is a short walk from the train station and the center. As others have described the rooms in detail, I will just add that ours was quite comfortable with a view to the canal. Breakfast was at the bar downstairs and was basic-juice, coffee, a pastry or ham and cheese toast. There is also a restaurant at one end of the courtyard. There was usually someone in the office to answer any questions that we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we make it back to Treviso.

The room is as pictured and described. We did arrive super early, and the lady at reception was super nice and super helpful, we really liked her :) The location is perfect and the view is amazing. The property is classic Italian, and full of character. There is lift access and the property is extremely secure. Additional information - Taxi from Treviso to the venue was around €20.00 To walk to the train station it takes around 10 minutes The train to Venice took about 35 minutes and was around €3.50 each Restaurants in the area are all in walking distance. Expect the police to knock on your door if you have a British passport - they did with us, and literally told us it was passport control, they took pictures of the passports and left. This is now becoming more common in the area. Disliked · My booking stated Meal plan Breakfast is included in the final price. This is not a breakfast and I have raised this with *********** who need to address this as we are NOT the only clients to mention this. The description is Breakfast included is misleading, borderline misselling. The breakfast is located downstairs in a cafe. We were offered a tea or coffee and a crossaint, and if we wanted anything else there was a fee. Despite countless people reviewing this is not a breakfast, I am surprised *********** have not addressed this sooner, the description needs to be reworded to a complimentary coffee and croissant in the morning. I was asked 3 times for my passport details when I booked, twice. by *********** (message from venue) and then when we checked in, they couldn't find the passport photos we sent, so we had to provide them again. Would I stay here again, absolutely, as I now know what to expect from the police rocking up and a poor excuse for a breakfast, overall, this property is beautiful and the lady at reception super nice and helpful and in a great location.

Loved this hotel/BnB. Quick flat 10 minute walk from station along Treviso River/canal. Easy-as instructions for self-entry. Large room, good AC, powerful show, comfy bed and pillows, very clean (room serviced daily to our surprise and delight). So worthwhile for a couple of nights. Add the breakfast which while small was very nice (toast with ham and cheese was more full-some but not as nice as the croissant). Very close to great restaurants (Locanda Ponte Dante and Saporitour for example - delicious) and so easy to get frequent trains to Venice if that’s your reason for visiting, but don’t miss seeing Treviso as well. Highly recommend a stay here.

Dopo una lunga ricerca abbiamo optato per questa struttura perche' a Treviso sono rare quelle che accettano gli animali e mettono a disposizione un parcheggio (anche se a pagamento). Detto questo, sono rimasto sbigottito dalla richiesta di 300 euro di cauzione (4 notti) per il nostro gatto (manco fosse una tigre). Mai successo nella mia vita!!!!! La stanza e' carina e ben pulita anche se poco luminosa. Il bagno, pur non avendo mensole di appoggio non e' male. La colazione, fornita in bar convenzionati, e' scandalosa. comprende una bevanda calda, una fredda (conta anche l'acqua) e una brioche o toast. Fantastico il bicchiere di spremuta che al Bortolan si avvicina molto ad un chupito (infatti lo scontrino recita spremuta voucher). Credo che sarebbe meglio non fornire la colazione ed abbassare un po' il prezzo od in alternativa allestire la colazione all'interno visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe. Personale della reception gentile e disponibile.

Non ho molte cose da dire, solo una che racchiude tutto.. mi sono sentita coccolata. Pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli, gentilezza e cortesia del personale, sia al telefono che in presenza, il personale del bar convenzionato per la colazione disponibile per i bagagli e molto simpatico. Ottime anche le portate per un pranzo veloce. Consigliatissimo

Os quartos ficam no 3o andar de um edifício, sendo que 1o destinado a um banco e 2o a outro local. Precisa sair do prédio para tomar o café da manhã, com escolha de café/capuccino ou chocolate, toast ou croissant e suco de laranja não natural. Não há reposição de água ou chá no quarto, o que para nos é uma falha tendo em vista o preço cobrado pela diária. A qualidade do shampoo/shower poderia ser melhorada. Há elevador, mas depois que chega no andar há degraus para subir e descer com as malas. O estacionamento parece próximo mas para quem está com malas é nada confortável. Deixamos o carro próximo ao local com pisca alerta ligado para colocar as malas no carro, questão de minutos, e ainda levamos bronca do vizinho por estarmos estacionados ali, sem atrapalhar qualquer carro.
