Dimora del Teatro

In a nutshell: super convenient location in the heart of Treviso, very clean and quiet, cozy room, well equiped for a city break. The building was also safe and clean. Would definitely return. Just like the city itself, it will be a nice memory.

The location was great. Very quick communication from staff before and during visit. Clean towels every day. Very clean. Nice coffee, comfortable bed, excellent air con. Safe included. Microwave and fridge were handy. The hotel was a bit too modern for us and some things were impractical. The coffee machine was too high up and you had to stand on something to reach it. The sink too shallow so water splashed everywhere. Shower was the worst as we could not have one without getting hair wet. Shower cap was just not up to the job. Sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay. Only 1 bottle of water between both of us. Really! How much does a bottle of water cost? Only 4 clothes hangers between 2 of us, although this was quickly remedied as soon as I contacted them as was the soap in dispenser which was completely empty. No view in Room 7 and no natural light. The window looked onto a tiny horrible courtyard and you could not have the curtains open as there was someone sat at there desk right opposite. No instructions on how to use anything, ie safe, air conditioning,  coffee machine, window blinds. Receptionist only works 10 - 4 so not great for those of us arriving later. She did her best when we asked questions but English very limited. Coffee and tea supplied but no milk and coffee from machine not very hot. There was a supermarket nearby which helped and a microwave to heat up the coffee and a small fridge. The frosted glass in the entire bathroom only went to top of my thigh. I felt exposed and it lacked a feeling of privacy. I really would not have liked this if I was in a new relationship.

Una vera sorpresa nel cuore di Treviso. La struttura si trova in centro a solo qualche metro dalla piazza principale. È a dir poco favolosa... non solo nel suo arredamento ma soprattutto colpisce l'igiene e il profumo che avvolge tutta la camera. Insomma un pernottamento perfetto. Complimenti ai gestori per la cura e l'attenzione anche ai più semplici dettagli. Camera con bagno e tutto ciò che occorre per una semplice e riservata colazione. Tutto molto nuovo. Assolutamente consigliato.
