Very bad experience! They charged Rs 4000/- for single room without breakfast. In major Cities you can book a far better hotel in this price.Rooms quality was very poor.They dont even provide Electric Cattle in the room. They give bathroom towel (Which you use for dusting). Pics of the towel is uploaded.

Since my father is passed away hence i could not reached there, i request them to shift the dates on humanitarian ground which has been out-rightly regected.

Bed is in very bad condition, pillows are worst. No room service. Plus food was just okay okay. I felt every thing as cons only. The only pros is its in walking distance from Temple Triyambakeshwar. Otherwise the price they use to charge is way too high, and they dont know how to do hospitality.

Location is good. Rooms are species. No food service in room. Housekeeping is good. Restaurant is expensive. No buffet breakfast. Walking distance to temple. Request was made to allow late check in up to 1 pm, this was accepted by reception staff, later on the day of checkout different staff was there we did not accept previous discussion and allowed late check in up to 12. 30

Hotel ambience was good. Following facilities were lagging which i find as basic:
1. No electric kettle in the room for hot water. 2. Shower curtain was not available. 3. Bathroom towels were not in good condition. 4. Hair dryer was not available. Location n food was good

Very high tariff compared to quality of stay. Atrocious food; expensive food; quality of towels, bed, bed sheets and pillows very cheap. Untrained staff. Strange behaviour. Overall poor service.
