Ulasan Pistachio Hotel Sapa

Kami menaiki bas tidur semalaman dari Hanoi dan hasilnya kami sampai ke Sapa pada jam 6 pagi. Kami dijaga oleh kumpulan concierge dan kakitangan yang paling hebat. Kami dihidangkan teh dan juga perlu menyegarkan diri menggunakan kemudahan di kolam renang dalaman mereka kerana waktu daftar masuk tidak sampai petang. Kakitangan concierge sangat prihatin. Terkejut kami, dia memberikan kami pengering rambut untuk digunakan apabila dia menyedari bahawa kami mempunyai rambut basah semasa menunggu di lobi. Kolam renang luaran mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan walaupun ia adalah Bandar Kabus. Kami mencuba perkhidmatan bilik mereka dan memesan Pho dan congee, mereka sedap! Semasa menjelajah Sapa, kami menemui jalan pintas ke Sun Plaza melalui hotel kami dan ia menjadi laluan kegemaran kami yang sering digunakan semasa perjalanan ini. Kami menikmati penginapan kami dan akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada rakan-rakan kami jika mereka merancang untuk pergi ke Sapa.

I'm so happy to stay in this place so elegant Hotel in Sapa! the pool and the facilities are useful 💋💋💋 huge and clean room ❤️☺️ and they even gave me a souvenirs the staff are very helpful accommodating 🥰😘🥰 the view is wow perfect I like the bar area here and they have happy hour 4pm buy 1 take one drinks and at 7pm you can do karaoke for free☺️😜❤️❤️

The best!!!! I booked for a city view but the receptionist said that they changed my room as it was on lower floor, my view was supposedly only the building and road, and my upgraded room had the mountain view and the monorail view (I only noticed that I could see the monorail from my window on my last day😅😅😅 as I did not really bother to check on my first night/day. I booked this hotel on my last two days as I was planning to do staycation so I can get my money’s worth (as I was travelling solo and a bit pricey for solo as the price (+buffet breakfast) was for two — but even though I still went out and cannot eat for two people 😅, it’s still worth it). I enjoyed the bathtub the most, I availed the massage and tried the indoor and infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10 am so you don’t have to wake up early or you can eat early if you have an early plans… Grab car was just around 3SGD from the hotel to bus pick-up point….

a pleasant experience from booking online using Trip.com app. Able to communicate with the hotel with no issues. They provided updates on the status of Sapa when we were there. Typhoon Yagi just passed by when we where there so attractions have been closed temporarily. They gave updates for weather, landslides and transportations. The place is nice and the view is breathtaking.

Hotel concierges are accommodating , food is delicious but staffs are not approachable.. we had a great time in the swimming pool with the Mountain View

It was one of the best hotel we stayed in Sapa. We got a room at the Tenth floor - the premium valley view room. However the full view of the valley came from the rooftop area of the hotel. They have heated swimming pool as well Plenty of board games and books to read - In the roof top cafe The behavior of assisting staff was excellent - Huyen - she gave me some token of Vietnam while leaving the hotel. Mr. Leon was excellent in customer service as well. Pistachio is centrally located and surrounding area is good with a lot of enchanting cafes, massage and easy transport

Hotel is located quite good location, less than 10 minutes walk to the Sun Plaza. The rooftop pool is an Amazed view to the mountain. The breakfast is good. Bed is awesome, clean, nice. Actually, , we booked for 1 night, it really good accommodation, so we desided to stay for 1 more night here

Upgraded to family room for free :) They are quite strict on the number of children n their age, therefore declare accurately! The room n location r superb

Hotel location was convenient, located just 5mins walk away from Sapa station. The service was top notch - the staff were attentive and went the extra mile to provide additional help such as booking taxis for our excursions and giving us recommendations on where to go and what time to go given the poor weather conditions we went in. The room was spacious and tidy and clean. The hotel’s infinity pool should be considered an attraction in Sapa on its own.

Overall, this hotel is good, clean , can see the funicular , Mountain View , breakfast is good , tub and shower are mixed into single room and took a bath in tub that it should be isolated a tub room , a shower room absolutely this hotel is not suitable with old and disabled one. No bell boy serve my baggage to room I have to take it myself. The room is luxurious.

Nice views and location. Located on the hill, this hotel provides good hospitality and service. Only the infinity edge pool that smaller than expected, and full of tourists that stayed taking photos for a while. Queuing system on the pool should be implemented to facilitate the process and make sure that everyone can enjoy the view.

We did not managed to stay in the hotel due to last minute train cancellation from Hanoi to Sapa from typhoon weather. There wasn’t enough time to book buses. The hotel did not emphasise that we couldn’t reach Sapa and treated our nearly 1 week pre-paid booking as “no show”. While we recognise the no refund policy, the hotel did not demonstrate understanding when things outside of anyone’s control happened. They forfeited our payment and didn’t offer any solution to address the situation. They disappoint us but also showed they are not flexible, focused on rules, during times when you needed them to be so. We are glad for this insight into their philosophy. Trip.com client service platform was very helpful and proactive in communicating with them on our behalf. They were easy to reach during this sudden turn of events and even had their senior manager to handle the matter. This came as a pleasant and appreciated surprise with our grateful thanks.
