Ulasan Pistachio Hotel Sapa

Kami menaiki bas tidur semalaman dari Hanoi dan hasilnya kami sampai ke Sapa pada jam 6 pagi. Kami dijaga oleh kumpulan concierge dan kakitangan yang paling hebat. Kami dihidangkan teh dan juga perlu menyegarkan diri menggunakan kemudahan di kolam renang dalaman mereka kerana waktu daftar masuk tidak sampai petang. Kakitangan concierge sangat prihatin. Terkejut kami, dia memberikan kami pengering rambut untuk digunakan apabila dia menyedari bahawa kami mempunyai rambut basah semasa menunggu di lobi. Kolam renang luaran mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan walaupun ia adalah Bandar Kabus. Kami mencuba perkhidmatan bilik mereka dan memesan Pho dan congee, mereka sedap! Semasa menjelajah Sapa, kami menemui jalan pintas ke Sun Plaza melalui hotel kami dan ia menjadi laluan kegemaran kami yang sering digunakan semasa perjalanan ini. Kami menikmati penginapan kami dan akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada rakan-rakan kami jika mereka merancang untuk pergi ke Sapa.

A tip for the next traveller, email the hotel directly after booking to confirm your requests. I requested 2 single bed plus late check in on requests box but only emailed the late check in so we had 1 big bed instead. Also request that your room is away from the buffet corner-302, good thing we had 301 so we only hear a little of activity. Room was comfy and worth it for the price but don't have sufficient heater during our stay. If you're leaving the night before checkout do inform the desk before so they can pack you up some snacks. The hotel is close to the center via first floor, a flight of stairs and couple of mins walk. Google maps only show the main entrance but not the shortcut.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Such a beautiful place. The hotel room was outstanding. We got upgraded for free. The view was outstanding. Only sad thing we found there was no sauna and steam room option and the karaoke was closed. Guessing this was because of the luna new year? Either way, beautiful time.

Big bed and big bathtub Room with big window (but too foggy till we can’t see anything during the time we stay) overall is good

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor. the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern. the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

Great stay in Sapa, good service, nice location with lovely view & near good restaurants. Spacious room, comfy bed but we were unlucky to get room 401 which the view was partial blocked by other building. For those arrived early by train like us, hotel can keep our luggages & offer shower before check-in. Overall, we had a good stay.

Overall great hotel and near to city center. Amazing views from pool and room. No complaints. Great staff, Great experience on the whole. Would visit again

I'm so happy to stay in this place so elegant Hotel in Sapa! the pool and the facilities are useful 💋💋💋 huge and clean room ❤️☺️ and they even gave me a souvenirs the staff are very helpful accommodating 🥰😘🥰 the view is wow perfect I like the bar area here and they have happy hour 4pm buy 1 take one drinks and at 7pm you can do karaoke for free☺️😜❤️❤️

stayed at the Pistachio Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The highlight of my experience was their amazing view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every guest felt valued. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet enough for a peaceful stay.

Staff are friendly and kindly. Quite clean and good location. Walkable to Sun Plaza.
