The staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms were spacious. No shortage of food, drinks and activities.
The rooms need a bit of maintenance- toilet doesn't flush well, shower head loose, etc. The only other complaint is how busy the walking paths are with vehicles. Between the multiple different shuttles and staff buggies, as a walking patron, we were constantly having to move over and stop. There needs to be better division between driving and walking lanes, and enforcement of a slower speed limit for vehicles. It also contributes to a great deal of noise in the room, as this path is very close to most of the accommodations.

The whole point of an all inclusive is for everything to be all inclusive. They wanted to charge extra for so many things! Extra for beers or special drinks, extra for transportation around the property (if you didn’t want to wait 30 mins), and this hotel is not cheap! The bellboys just leave your luggage at the front in the open unattended where anyone could easily take it. No service at the pools, you have to go wait in long lines to get drinks or snacks which took forever. No room service. Went on a complimentary bike ride which ended up just being an upsell of all the places you could go or things you could do that cost extra, very little bike ride lol. The outlets in the room barely worked, wifi was terrible, and their app for “express check-in/out” and booking things didn’t work so had to wait at the front desk for an hour for the staff to fix it. And if you book through ******* they can’t modify your reservation, you have to do that through ******* which is impossible because ******* needs to communicate with the hotel, which is impossible lol so good luck with that. For the price, this is honestly the worst all inclusive. The only good things were the room was nice, the cleaning staff were great, and the pools were nice, but you can find that anywhere. I would not stay again.

No full bar in the rooms maybe 2 beers in the fridge withe 1 pop. Walking was ridiculous. Waiting for the trolly every 10 min was not true.also pools were were so cold never got in beaches were dirty never again waste of money

Resort was good. It was advertised as an Aduts Only but was not. Too many kids. PGA Riviera Maya golf course is not worth the cost. Not a PGA quality course.

Quiet property, staff were good. Building and rooms give a bit old vibes. Beach was good but not my style. Pool was awesome. Could do some more varieties in buffet and at least different choices each day. Buffet felt like it was the same things every day. Speciality restaurants are decent. Portions could do better.
Overall, easy 4*.

We spent 9 days here over Christmas and very much enjoyed our stay. The buffet was good, if you can’t find something to eat, you’re too picky. The restaurants were probably the best we’ve eaten at, at large all inclusives. The New Year’s Eve celebration was a lot of fun! The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a lot of guests treat them poorly though. We are planning to do the same trip next year.

Just the best people working there, taking pride in their work and providing an excellent experience for all ages.
Not one bad meal or bad experience of any kind.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were decent. However, there were some minor issues with room cleanliness that could be improved. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
