The Fern Residency Udaipur

It was an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Cleanliness is perfect and the food is amazing. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The bed was so soft and the pillows were super fluffy, almost made us want to extend our stay. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Rooms are Ok. But food is pathetic. They think some masala mix with corns is called crispy corn. Also pizza as per them is some base topped with some tomatos etc. just add these things and without even baking the same , pizza is made. Pathetic food quality. Finally had to settle with dal and roti ..

Would rate overall experience as very good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had good open space and garden area. Food quality and service was also upto the mark. It hardly took 25-30mnts from the airport. All tourist places were easily approachable. Only disappointment was bathroom layout, which could had been better thought of but manageable.

So I stayed here in Fern for 5 days business purpose all the services were good . Hotel room which was fern club was good with garden view apartment from the Hotel when I asked what to explore Ravi ,Tina guided me very well. And Gaurav was polite during the stay , kartik helped me alot in night time and we talked alot. Other staffs I would like to Appreciate is Vishal, Pankaj , Vidhi and. Naveen would like to recommend to all.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the humble staff members enhanced my experience especially tina and ravi were very helpful around the facilities. The staff behaviour is good and the place gives friendly vibes so i would like to recommend this place.
