The small cottage is set in a quiet, residential area just 200 metres from the sea.The little cottage features a combined living room/ bedroom with a TV, and a bunk bed (the bottom bunk has a width of 120 cm). Theres also a fold-up bed available, mainly suitable for a child. The small kitchen features electric hotplates and a microwave oven. In the fully tiled bathroom, you will find a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. Your landlord lives 10 metres from the cottage.Your cottage is within walking distance of several great beaches, for instance Kungsparken, where theres a sandy beach, a bathing dock, and a diving tower. Take a walk down to the marina, where you will find a lovely restaurant that offers live music. You can also catch a ferry to one of the beautiful islands in the area.Lyckorna is a beautiful summer holiday resort that was founded in the late 1800s, by the scotsman Robert MacFie. The resort has many beautiful old houses from the turn of the century, which makes for a great atmosphere. Lyckorna has a tennis court and you will be close to the mall in Torp, where theres about 80 shops.
