Hotel berhampiran big mart di Ulaanbaatar

Отель абсолютно не оправдывает свои 4 звёзды. Три и то с натяжкой. Ковровое покрытие в номере в ужасном состоянии, все в пятнах. Тюль на окнах, которая, когда, то была белая - серого цвета. Номер маленький даже на одного человека, хотя заявлен как двухместный за 85$ Не особо приветливый персонал, безучастно относящийся к просьбам и отвечающий дежурными фразами. ОЧЕНЬ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Рядом в центре Улан-Батор, можно найти гораздо лучше и дешевле

The place was clean and good accomodation. Loved the hotel and its decor along with the area to relax and enjoy breakfast. Really liked the breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to recommend this place.

Hotel location, staff etc are okay for this price. I didn’t feel safe because of the space under the door. You can hear anything/ anytime. No door chain. Pillow cover was damaged. I booked non smoking room however there was an ashtray on the table with ash left…

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, checking in late on the first night and leaving very early in the morning off the second night. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with decent wifi. The staff were excellent - helpful and thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. If i am lucky enough to get back to Ulaanbaatar I will stay there again. There was one person in particular - the lady that worked the front desk on the night of Mar 7th into early morning Mar 8th (I didn't get her name unfortunately) - that stood out. She was an outstanding member of your staff and a wonderful ambassador for Ramada Hotels. Keep up the great work!

I have traveled to many places far and wide, and NEVER expected to have one of the finest hotels I have every stayed in be in Mongolia! As part of my Mongolian Luxury Tours, I had THREE opportuinities to stay at the Blue Sky (arrival, return from Gobi desert, return from Western Mongolia) and each time was superb. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, service, and friendliness made each stay very wonderful and welcoming. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It is GREAT!!!

Отель работает в нижнем ценовом сегменте. Номера с добротный мебелью, однако видно не хватает инвестиций и хорошего управления отелем. Уважаемые владельцы отеля, рекомендуем обратить в первую очередь внимание на: задохнувшиеся полотенца в номерах, работу слива в унитазах, неисправные краны ванн и раковин. А также подумать над концепцией, привлечь хорошего управляющего, заняться автоматизацией. К сожалению в спешке забыли отдать ключи, отправим по почте.

Stayed here 3 different times while on a tour of Mongolia. Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but air conditioning was very cold and could not adjust so finally had to just turn it off. Hotel is in great location a block from the big square and close to a large mall and cashmere store on the corner and another across the street. (Note: entrance to the mall is on second floor from the cashmere store on the corner outside of hotel and to the right). I had one major issue- I turned on my “do not disturb” light when we left for the day and when I returned that evening the light was off and my room had been made up. I advised the tour guide who said something to the front desk person and she responded that the room had only been entered to leave new bottles of water - so I guess if you have the do not disturb sign on they still enter to leave water? It was upsetting because they never addressed the issue of making up the room. The other two times we were only there for a night and things were OK. Room had amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as coffee and tea, but bring your own washcloth if you are used to using one. Also room has a safe. Breakfast buffet was good but not wonderful but it was the best we had out of all of the other places we stayed while in Mongolia. Hotel can also provide airport pick up and return for a fee if you contact them and advise arrival time and number of people and suitcases. Hotel is located about a one hour drive in normal traffic from airport and 20-30 min longer in heavy traffic.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar was a mixed experience, hence my three-star rating. There were aspects of my stay that were commendable, while others left a lot to be desired. Let’s start with the positives: the rooms were excellent - comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Additionally, the hotel staff were generally amiable and courteous. These factors helped to create a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. However, there were some aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. The check-in process was particularly problematic. Despite having booked a rate that included breakfast, we were initially told that this was not the case. We had to go to the extent of providing screenshot proof of our booking details to rectify the issue - a situation that was far from ideal and somewhat tarnished the initial impression of our stay. Furthermore, the laundry service was exorbitantly priced, and the hotel’s unwillingness to find a solution to this issue was disappointing. The pricing policy was based per item and not per kilogram, which resulted in a prohibitively high cost. This was particularly inconvenient for a long-term stay. In conclusion, while the Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar offers comfortable accommodations and generally friendly service, the issues encountered during check-in and with the laundry service were significant drawbacks. These areas of improvement could significantly enhance the guest experience. As such, my overall rating is three stars.

The stay was average. Front desk staff speaks good English. I visited in late January. The room was way too warm for my liking so my sleep wasn't too good. The air conditioning doesn't work in winter and lowering down the temperature takes forever. The only way to cool down is to open the window, but with the air quality being very bad - not advisable. I ordered room service from the Irish place upstairs, but the guy there does not speak good English so instead of pumpkin soup I got some meat cream soup. The thing I did not like and which kinda spoiled my morning plans as I had an arranged meeting, was the fact that the breakfast which was supposed to start at 7am, was 30 minutes late. If you tell people it's from 7am, then please stick to it. No other complaints. Oh, maybe just the omnipresent smell of coal in the entire city, thus also in rooms, but I guess it's just me, a visitor not being used to it.

Приехали мы в подружкой в отель 29.10.22 в 7 утра , были уставшие после поезда и хоть заселение стоит в 11 часов утра , нас заселила сразу прекрасная девушка на ресепшн. Очень понравился номер на 7 этаже, на столе бутылочки бесплатной воды, чай -Кофе , в ванной комнате принадлежности для душа , все бесплатно и кстати пополняется каждый день. Убирали в номере тоже каждый день. В номере все стандартно , две большие кровати , чайный столик , чайник , холодильник , телевизор (Кстати много русскоязычных каналов) есть сейф, что очень удобно. На завтрак шведский стол , вполне разнообразные завтраки, очень доброжелательные девушки готовят омлеты;) Очень хорошая в отеле звукоизоляция, ночью очень тихо. Что хочется особо отметить , на ресепшене познакомились с девушкой по имени Мига, она очень хорошо говорит по русски, она же быстро заселила нас в первый день. Мига и потом очень нам помогала по всем вопросам. С экскурсиями , с такси , с покупками Лекарства , продуктов и даже где что купить. Дала свой личный номер телефона и мы конечно постоянно пользовались ее добротой. Она золотой человек , потому как никогда не отказала , а подсказывала где что дешевле и как будет удобнее. Мига , я только из за знакомства с вами очень хочу приехать ещё в Монголию , именно в ваш отель. Отель рекомендую , соотношение цена - качество , ну и прекрасные сотрудники!
