Too far from the major part of the Tokyo. Stay away from this hotel if you only visit in the major part of the city. This hotel room is clean and bigger than any other hotel in Tokyo that we have stayed. Though I like they give us the huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there’s lot of things that they need to work on: 1)They still go in our room when I put Do not disturb sign. 2)Microwave should place in common area for fast heat up, yet I like the service of microwave the food for you and bring the items to your room. It is still inconvenient. 3) No beverage given to us in the refrigerator that’s minus points. Their breakfast package help you save some money. Breakfast starts 7-10am. The breakfast foods are all same everyday, so don’t expect new menu every morning. Check out time is 12 pm and they can hold onto your luggage on your last day and take their own free bus shuttle to Disneyland. After you finish visiting Disneyland and come back to take your luggage and leave

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. We stayed at the hotel the night before and after Disney Sea. Appreciate the free shuttle bus service. The counter staff were extremely helpful and had a reasonably good command of English. It’s a bit far from the Shin-urayusu station though. It takes 15-20 to walk there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around 900 yen.

Highly recommended ! The hotel is clean, with free shuttle service to disneyland. Variety of menu to choose from their buffet. Friendly staff , they assisted us smoothly for check in and out and also for helping us booked for a another room for an extra night to stay. The room size is enought for my family of 6 with a small child.

We loved how spacious the room was unlike most “small business hotels” we booked with our budget. We could open two of our huge luggages with spaces to walk around the room! We had the view of the Tokyo Bay, laundry machines and vending machines are also available in the hotel. Most importantly the shuttle bus services to the Disney parks!!! I am spoilt, I don’t think I can stay in a hotel without a shuttle service anymore 😂.

Amazing experience! It just help us to upstar our Disney experience! Breakfast has plentyyyy of choice of food. A FULL set of facial product - make up removal, cleanser, toner, moisturiser WOW!!! Me. Another thing is the pyjamas provided by the hotel is also very unique experience. It is so comfortable and they even have different level hardness pillow. You can choose your pillow at the lobby. The shuttle bus too allow us to reach hotel and Disney conveniently!

ディズニー2日間の中泊に利用。 部屋の広さと、お風呂・おトイレがセパレート、電子レンジあり、で決めた。 ディズニー帰りなのでチェックインも混み合っていたが、ロビー横に広々としたラウンジがあり、フリードリンクもあったため小学生の子供もゆっくり待ててよかった。 夜ごはんを買うローソンも混み合っていたが、品切れがあることもなく、子供たちの夕食になるもの、お菓子（アイスや翌日用）、ジュース、アルコール、など買えて便利。 そして部屋に電子レンジがあるおかげで買ったらすぐ部屋に戻って食べることができて、子供連れにはとてもいいと思った。 お風呂も洗い場付きで広々としており、おトイレ別なので気にせずゆっくり入れてよかった。 ベッドも広いタイプが２つくっついているので、広々と寝やすそうだった。 大人、高校生は遅くまで起きてもスペースも広いし、テーブルでテレビ、と今回はソファースペース付きにしたので、大人は荷物の整理、パッキングなど使いやすいお部屋だった。 結局、子供たちがベッドで大の字になって気持ちよさそうに寝てたので、一人はソファースペースで寝ましたが簡易ベッドとしても十分な広いソファーだった。 チェックアウトは機械でカギを入れて操作するだけと簡単ですぐに出発できて満足。

Menginap di sini dalam perjalanan ke Disney. Saya menaiki bas ulang-alik dari darat ke hotel. Tanah adalah sehingga 21:00, jadi saya dapat menaiki bas terakhir tanpa sebarang masalah. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat ramai orang di atas kapal dan ia penuh dan sesak, jadi saya fikir alangkah baiknya jika bilangan bas ulang-alik pada pukul 21:00 adalah lebih kerap sedikit. Saya pergi daftar masuk pada pukul 21:30, tetapi terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas daftar masuk. Itulah kesukarannya. Hanya dua mata itu mengganggu saya, tetapi selain itu ia benar-benar cukup bagus. Ia dilengkapi dengan baik dan di atas semua, biliknya bersih. Bilik mandi dan tandas adalah berasingan dan bersih. Terdapat sesuatu seperti pengering kasut, dan saya kagum! Terdapat ruang istirahat di tingkat satu, dan masa telah ditetapkan, tetapi terdapat bar minuman semua-anda-boleh-minum, dan terdapat meja dan kerusi, dan saya makan snek lewat malam yang saya beli di kedai serbaneka . Terdapat kedai serbaneka (Lawson) di sebelah, jadi anda boleh berjalan-jalan, dan kualiti ini adalah yang terbaik untuk harga yang murah ini. Saya akan tinggal lagi lain kali.

Biggest room we ever stayed so far in Tokyo. Kids were thrilled to have their own beds. Onsen available and Lawson in lobby is convenient for quick breakfast before heading to Disneyland. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is a bonus.

Ia akan menjadi luar biasa jika anda boleh menikmati Disney pada harga ini! ! Dan ia terlalu hebat untuk mempunyai kemasukan awal. Lawson juga disertakan pada satu masa, jadi anda boleh minum latte dari pagi dan ia sangat bagus. Dinding di dalam bilik juga sangat comel, dan anda boleh bermimpi indah sambil tenggelam dalam dunia Disneyland dan Laut. Berkenaan dengan kemudahan, tidak seperti hotel rasmi lain, syampu dan sabun badan dimasukkan ke dalam bekas yang disediakan, tetapi tiada masalah kerana ia membuatkan rambut anda kering. 施設は非常に良いのですが、食べ物屋の店員の態度が悪すぎて残念でした。特に2Fの和食屋の女性店員は最悪、態度が悪いうえに隣のテーブルの掃除にまいてる消毒液の霧吹きが私達のところまで飛んできて食べ物にかかっても謝りもしない。びっくりしました！

舞浜駅からは徒歩１５分とありましたが、荷物もあるので、おさんぽバスに乗りました。１００円で行きます。ホテル斜め前に停まります。 恐竜さんが受付、タブレットが前に置いてあり、操作をしてから、隣の機械で支払いをして、ルームキーが出てきます。地域クーポンは、受付が終わると、スタッフが出てきます。 高層階と言っても５階の部屋ですが、ディズニーの花火は良く見えました。 コーナーにしても横の窓からは、住宅が見えるだけで、景色が良いわけではありませんでした。 ロボホンと遊べるのは、楽しいですが、電気を付けるのも、ロボホンに頼まないと付かず、なかなか反応してくれなく、イラついたのもありました。 朝食は、いったん外に出てレストランに入ります。セットメニューです。 朝食券はありません。部屋番号を入り口で言います。 ご飯、みそ汁、パン、ドリンクはご自由にでした。 帰りの送迎バスは、１０時３５分は混んでいましたが、４０分のはガラガラでした。

We stayed at both Disney Ambassador Hotel and MiraCosta (linked to DisneySea), and would confidently say Ambassador Hotel was a better choice if we could only choose one hotel to stay at. These are our top five reasons why we liked it more: 1. Happy Entry All good Disneyland fans should know this - the 15-minutes early entry that hotel guests get when staying at Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels. It means you get to arrive early at an extremely popular ride before everyone else. Disney Ambassador Hotel has happy entry to BOTH Disneyland and DisneySea. We saved several hours of queuing for popular rides using the Happy Entry. 2. Price + Hotel room's size Among Tokyo Disney Resort’s group of hotels, Ambassador Hotel is the third most expensive. Nonetheless, it is already the cheaper of the ONLY TWO hotels that have Happy Entry to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks. And though MiraCosta's 4-person room was 30% more expensive than Disney Ambassador Hotel's, the latter has a slightly bigger room - 1sqm bigger – which trust me, was truly useful during winter months when you’ll bring larger suitcases and have lots of accessories (e.g. hats, gloves, etc) to lay out. 3. Location & Transportation Being the only hotel right in between both parks, it has shuttle services to and from both parks, about 6-minute ride per way. Because both Disneyland Hotel and MiraCosta are next to Disney Monorail stations (which are crazy crowded during opening and closing times of the parks), they do NOT have shuttles to either parks. Additionally, come March 2023, Disney Monorail is no longer free for hotel guests! So in terms of transportation, Disney Ambassador Hotel’s availability of shuttle buses just makes more sense. 4. Ikspiari Mall Interesting fact: Ikspiari is the Jap way of pronouncing ”experience”. It is a full mall (not Disney related) right beside Disney Ambassador Hotel, and it comes with food court, supermarket, lots of restaurants, etc. This will be great for exploring on the day(s) when you are not visiting the parks, usually on the day of arrival/departure. 5. Chef Mickey, Convenient Mart, Tick Tock Diner The only restaurant among all Tokyo Disney hotels that has character dining (i.e. meet The Fab Five classic Disney characters), Chef Mickey, is in this hotel. It is also the only hotel with a full convenient mart that is not housed in a hotel gift shop. Therefore it has more convenient mart products, such as cheap Disney-licensed products (i.e. not Disney RESORT products which are always much more expensive). Lastly, the one that most reviewers didn't mention is --- only Tick Tock Diner sells special character breads. Everywhere we went, everyone was staring and didn't know where we got our super cute breads for breakfast. Because it ain't from the park, it's from this hotel. TIPS FOR BOOKING: This hotel's reservation is only made available from 10am Japan time 3 months before your intended date of stay, yet it is totally common for all rooms to be snapped

駅から3分、全体的に少し古いが、古さをカバーすべく修理等されており、なによりスタッフの対応が非常に良いです。駐車場も併設されておりますが155㎝以上の車は近くの駐車場へ案内していただけます。その際の案内も非常に丁寧にしていただけました。他の方も色々な口コミにも書かれていますが、朝食が美味しいです。宿泊費と比較してもかなり満足できました。
