Well before we arrived the management provided information to us that was helpful. A little hard to find was our only issue, but once here it’s close to most of Valencia’s main highlights. Colourful, quirky common areas! Clean kitchen facilities. The bar this day had beer specials so we indulged! Our room was small but comfortable with all the amenities one would need. Shared bathroom. Staff were terrific especially the Portuguese guy at reception (I’m sorry, I forgot your name…) Reasonable rates were a bonus to add to a really good stay.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. The room was big enough for what we needed. Some features were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

Het hotel is schoon,netjes en het front desk personeel en bij het ontbijt heel klantvriendelijk en servicegericht. De kamer was ruim,schoon en redelijk gefaciliteerd.We misten een koelkastje,een kluis en het was fijn geweest als we een douche hadden gehad ipv een bad. De waterkoker,de verduisteringsgordijnen en de stopcontacten waren prima. Ontbijt lekker uitgebreid en netjes.

We left our car in the free carpark next to the hotel, then entered it through a designated door to the reception area. The guy there was very efficient, friendly and helpful ! The room was very good, with a big comfy bed, a clean bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and a safe. Also no noises heard from rooms near to ours, a great plus ! All very good so far...but...! Breakfast was included in the price, and have to say was a little disappointing ! The coffee had a strange taste and there was only one choice of small bread roll for toasting (not nice either) ! Also no bananas or apples at breakfast. There was a gym and heath spa to use, but we were limited on time so couldn't try them ! Apart from the breakfast issues, the hotel was very good, and in a great location next to a commercial centre. Hopefully the breakfast disappointment was a one off, as I will stay there again when passing through Valencia again !!

I stayed in Valencia in September 2022. The hotel is in a great location, near the cathedral in the old part of the city. Be aware that the front desk closes at 8pm - if you arrive afterwards, you must call or text them to get the code for the door (which wasn't a problem). The staff are very helpful. The apartment was big and clean, and there is a washing machine (ask the staff for detergent and a clothes hanger).

If Ikea did hotels it would maybe be like this. Simple, practicable, smart, functional and modern. Rooms are big with laminated floors than also travelled up some walls. No cupboards which is why the rooms look much bigger though the hanging rails worked perfectly but could have done with being a shade or two bigger/longer. Large walk in shower that was perfect relief on those very hot days. Coffee capsule machine available if needed. Breakfast was fine with a wide European-styled range of foods. All the staff appear to have been on a 'keep the customer happy' course which made the stay even better. We were on the second floor facing the road so it was noisy sometimes at an early hour so maybe a higher floor would be a better choice. Basically, a good tourist hotel I would recommend for its proximity to the main area for food/drink/attractions and not far from the metro station. It is manned 24x7. The air-con being locked seems unnecessary but there may reasons for this. The little bedside tables(?) look very Ikea-ish but are not that practicable for storing your gear. So, all in all, not a lot of to complain about really. Ideal for your Valencia holiday.

Hotel in centro, posizione meravigliosa siccome a pochi passi dalla piazza e la stazione, la camera era abbastanza piccola, con cabina armadio nella parete, bagno che, poteva esser più curato, ma andava bene, finestra totalmente inutile, perché difronte c’era una parete, condizionatore ben funzionante, e letto molto comodo, tavolo parecchio rovinato e sporco, fornito anche di tv. Reception molto cordiale, lo consiglio se si vuole spender poco, stare pochi giorni, e sopratutto per chi vuole stare il più possibile in centro città.

Muy buen hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba reformada y era una superior pero se veían zonas como las de la piscina y sus accesos que son antiguas. En general muy contentos
