The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the centre of the village, next to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel was quite diverse: hot - scrambled eggs, sausages, also cold meat, cheese, jams, yoghurt, pancakes, cereals, bread, crosant, coffee, hernata, juices, chocolate. There was something for everyone. I strongly recommend.

Belle surprise que ces 2 nuitées passées dans cet établissement de caractère. La chambre spacieuse à l'excellente literie, avec WC séparés et vaste salle de bains , permet un repos de qualité. Arrivé tard j'ai utilisé les services d'un room service efficace. Le petit déjeuner copieux pris dans une salle à manger art déco ne manque pas de charme. Quant au rapport qualité / prix il a peu d'égal.

Don’t be put off by the outward appearance and location in an industrial area. This hotel has really comfy clean rooms, great nights sleep. Great value for an overnight stopover. Magiella (not sure of spelling) receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

I wanted to love this place! I wouldn’t have traveled to the middle of nowhere had I thought I would have had un unsatisfactory visit. My expectation was to have a relaxing spa weekend. I went directly to the spa for my first service after check in. The staff were very warm and friendly but I was very disappointed with the facial. I paid 110€ basically for mud to sit and dry on my face for an hour. No shoulder massage during. After the spa was dinner time. I emailed 4 days before my arrival for a reservation. I was told to wait 30 min when I arrived there was only one other table. The food was another disappointment but based on other reviews I read this wasn’t a big surprise. I started with a cold eggplant parmigiana really lacking flavor, the pasta was a heavy butter sauce overly salty. Well, time for a good nights rest. I tuck into my suit which I paid to for an upgrade. The bed was too firm for my backs liking. I woke the next day with a painful back I thought I would go to the spa for a massage but based on the previous day thought I would be left with another disappointment. I decided to call it quits and check out early. As a compensation to not leave I was offered a complimentary cheese board. I really didn’t feel like stuffing myself with cheese after this disappointing stay so I left the cheese behind packed my bags and headed out of town. Overall, the hotel has potential to be great. The renovations were beautifully done. Perhaps lacking a bit of soul with the decorations but with proper management and design a well trained spa team it could be great. Wish you the best but this time was a big flop.

Nous venions passer quelques jours à Valenciennes que nous aimons beaucoup. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec kitchenette afin de ne pas être obligés de prendre notre petit déjeuner à l'hôtel à cause du prix et toujours pour la même raison afin de ne pas être obligés d'aller au restaurant midi et soir. Mais dans la kitchenette, il n'y a rien, sauf une bouilloire, mais pas de tasse, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes mais aucune vaisselle, pas même de petite cuillère ni un seul verre et aucune plaque de cuisson, donc on paye plus cher pour un service que l'on a pas, il faudrait donc venir avec une plaque de cuisson, de la vaisselle, éponge, torchons, produits d'entretien.... il y a le réfrigérateur que nous avons dû couper car même si nous avions apporté de l'apéritif, il n'y avait que les gobelets à dents et surtout il fait un bruit affreux. Les chambres sont tristounettes, sous les toits, en zinc, aucune climatisation, aération wc/sdbains : HS, pas de moustiquaires donc pas possible d'ouvrir, lampe de chevet HS pas possible de réparer, donc impossible de lire le soir lorsque mon mari dormait. Matelas ou plutôt sur-matelas qui glisse, les draps n'y tiennent pas et nous empêchent de dormir. le personnel est très gentil. Nous sommes très déçus et surtout n'apprécions pas du tout d'avoir payer pour cette fausse kitchenette, nous avons dû réduire (3nuits/6) notre séjour car trop couteux à cause de la restauration que nous n'avons pas pu y faire.

Wir haben hier für eine Nacht während unserer Reise in die Bretagne gebucht. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich Nahe der Autobahn in einem Industriegebiet und ist einfach zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war etwas klein und dunkel aber sauber. Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und die Brandlöcher im Fußboden zeigen eine starke Nutzung. Das Frühstück war für den günstigen Preis einfach aber sehr reichhaltig. Insgesamt eine gute Möglichkeit, kostengünstig zu übernachten. Mann sollte bei dem Preis auch nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben.

Nous avons passé un week-end en famille dans cet hôtel. Nous avons très très bien dormi. Belle chambre, très bonne literie. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Nous avons manger le brunch le dimanche et wow magnifique ! C'était très bon et nous avons été traité comme des rois. C'était génial. Merci nous reviendrons !
