Real Hacienda is a quaint, yet vibrant hotel. Kitchen with a personal bin in the refrigerator, which needs more ice trays. There’s a hint. Toaster oven and kitchenware. The grounds consist of eye candy everywhere. Pool was clean with hammocks too! I really enjoyed sitting out there early and listening to nature come alive. It was really awesome. The roosters start the show and it became a symphony. My room was comfy and the shower was wonderful, especially after a long walk. Shampoo and soap, even washcloths! The front desk employees were truly the best. Anything you ask, if they don’t know they will find out. Louis was my day guy go to, and a good man. A real asset to Real Hacienda. He even waited with me in front to ensure I got to the station. This hotel impressed me in every way!

A single night stay in the beautiful town of Valladolid to visit Chichen Itza which is one hour away by car. Out stay a the lovely Real Hacienda was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so welcoming. The ideal spot for an easy stroll into town. Luis who welcomed us was just fantastic. He suggested places to eat and see and organised transport to ruins for us. He was just fantastic!!

We spent only one night at Real Haciendas but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff, especially Luis, were so helpful with restaurant, transport and Chichen Itza recommendations. The pool, gardens & lobby are lovely and there is also a shared kitchen which was very handy. It is only a few minutes walk to the main square. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. This was one of the best places we have stayed in the 3 months we have spent in Mexico. Julio,Brenda and their staff have found the perfect formula for a top class stay. Nothing was too much trouble.The property is so well designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved the lounge and pool areas and the bonus of having a kitchen to use. A few minutes walk from the centre it was perfectly located. We could barely drag ourselves away to go sightseeing but Julio helped us out to arrange a private taxi tour to some of the quieter cenotes which was fabulous. We loved it here.

Nice simple hotel with good location in Valladolid. Clean room, small bathroom but it works. Nice poolarea and common areas. Just next door to the cenote and a large market place with fresh fruits. We stayed for 2 nights, would recommend it.

We had an amazing experience, the staff was very welcoming and helpful and gave us plenty of advices to visit the city. The hotel is ideally located and allows to enjoy fully the city. Hotel very clean and with nice infrastructures to relax after a day of visit

This dreamy hotel lies in the center of Valladolid and is equipped with a swimming pool, a nice common area with hammocks, clean and affordable rooms, and a friendly, very helpful staff. We spent a total of three nights here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

This was a great little find in Valladolid. You might think twice about the location or shared kitchen but it’s an easy (5 minute) walk into town and the shared kitchen has everything you need and it’s immaculate! There’s a cute lobby - you could easily cook for yourself and enjoy an evening meal there. It’s easily the best communal area I’ve come across (small but nicely done). The bedrooms are comfortable, the showers are fantastic and the reception staff are super helpful - they’ll even give you an umbrellas when it rains.

Real Haciendas is such a wonderful hotel! The decor is incredible and it feels like such an authentic experience. The room was great, the bed was huge and the AC nice and cold. Luis was amazing - he helped us out with the best transport options to Chichén Itza and gave us great local recommendations. The pool area is also lovely to relax in. The hotel is also walking distance to the main square and Cenote Zaci is right across the street. We would definitely come back again!
